Three thumbs up! On EVERYTHING. I was cold calling while selling insurance and walked in the store with that on my mind but once in the store I found all kinds of great stuff. More then just flowers. I've been going there for years now. Great place!! Great items and flowers.
Roses are disappointing!. My husband ordered 1 dozen red roses in a vase, on Feb. 6th. They were beautiful when they arrived. Unfortunately, they only lasted a couple of days. The roses never opened, wilted and died. He spent over $60.00! I called and spoke with a lady and she said that she would call me back and she never did. I called again and spoke with someone different. She apologized for not calling me back, but explained that there are many varieties of roses that do not open. I researched this on the internet. Found nothing! I also looked to see average life of roses. It is about a week at worst. 2 weeks at best. I would never buy from Bella Rose again. Very Pricey! Next time I will have my husband buy from Costco three dozen in a vase for $60.00 delivered!

Best Floral Shop. I've used this florist since she worked at Jacobsen's. She is highly creative and very upscale. I had a funeral in New York and had to leave the day after Christmas. I called her and she handled the flowers for me from her home. That is going a step beyond. If you want cheap flowers and service, go to a chain store. If you want quality with expertise, go to Bella Rose.
Fresh flowers, prompt service. I use Bella Rose Flower Market for all of my floral needs. Beautifully designed no matter what the occasion. Reasonably priced for the finest quality flowers. The store is elegant and I can always find something new and unusual for gift items. The staff is friendly and always points me in the right direction when ordering flowers to be delivered out of town or locally. I have given my business to this owner for over 20 years!
Some of the highest Quality rose and great customer service. Had a phone call that I had a delivery of flower and a nice door tag which also clearly explain that they try to delivery. I called them back explain that I was at work. They were great in giving me several ways to get my flowers. I decide to pick them up. Staff gave clear and accurate direction to there. They have great selection of rose and other gift from flowers, house plants, candles, balloons, and many other gifts from people. Will defiantly be back to get gift for other people. I pick up my flower and the staff offered to even carry them to car for me. Great store and staff
worst managment/customer service.
We received a call that our flowers were going to be delivered. My wife was busy with our newborn and could not get to the phone. She called back the flower shop right after and the MANAGER snapped at her and asked why she didn't pick up and that she did not have time to chase around for deliveries. AND THEN HUNG UP! MY wife then called her back and explained (not that she needed to) that she was busy with our newborn. No apology no nothing. She made my wife cry immediately.
HOW CAN YOU RUN A BUSINESS THIS WAY???
