DON'T GO HERE!. I ordered some dresses from these people and they sent us the wrong ones 2 weeks before my wedding! I called them and they told me that there was nothing that they can do about it. they told us that they dont make up numbers and that i ordered the wrong thing when i gave them the right number and they still were not able to do there job right. they are VERY unprofessional!!!

The best!. I shopped all around for my wedding gown. Arena was the best no question. they were helpful, nice, they wern't pushy. These other reviews sound like the epitome of "bridezillas." If Arena couldn't make you happy nobody could. They are the best around, and i know this because before i discovered Arenas i had shopped at other awful stores. Also they do do alterations, so i don't know why anybody would lie about that. Also they have been in business since like the 30's so im pretty sure they know what they are doing. No question they are the best!

AWFUL! DO NOT GO TO ARENA BRIDAL!. I had a horrible experience with Arena Bridal. They DO NOT do alterations! Half of the staff that I communicated with were extremely rude. They are unorganized and tried to bill me for my dress twice. KEEP YOUR RECEIPT! When they gave me my bridesmaids dress it was terribly wrinkled. Aren't they supposed to steam it? What exactly do they do there? The bride should have ordered the dresses online. It would have been easier, cheaper, and we would not have had to deal with antagonistic and unfriendly people.

never again. I was excited to go to Arena to try on dresses since they

have been around forever. WHen I got there I was shown where the dresses were at and where my room was at and after that the salespeople were nowhere to be found. WHen I did find one for some assistance I was told I couldn't come out of the dressing room with the dress on and I was told I had to get back in my room. Needless to say I bought my dress somewhere else..
