Would not recommend. The staff at this store is rude. I would never recommend this place to a friend. I wonder how it would be if I actually NEEDED customer service.

I ended up just putting all of my stuff down and leaving because they were so disinterested in my business that I couldn't get a simple question answered.

I'VE NEVER SEEN SO MANY TOYS!! WOW! SOOO FUN!. This place is great! The owner went out of her way by spending over an hour helping me pick out just the right gifts! Who does that anymore?? They were so friendly and so nice - they have a customer for life!

Plus, they have really, really good prices on a LOT of items! Things that I paid way more online for I could have got at this store for a lot less! Next time I need toys, I will check this place before anywhere else!

These guys are FABULOUS!!

They managed to take the fun out of toys. There seems to be a recurring theme throughout these reviews... the people are rude. I had a similiar experience and would not recommend putting yourself through that kind of abuse. Shopping for toys is supposed to be fun. But congratulations on that Nifty Cool Toys! You took the fun out of toys... Wow

They don't want customers like me. In December, we bought a bunch of educational toys (speding over $200) for Christmas. One of the toys, a little $50 toy was defective. I tried to return the toy at the end of January but they had moved and were closed until March 1. So I just decided to call to get the new address before going back to exchange the toy. I was informed that the store has a "policy" that I have to exchange the toy within 15 days. Anyway, she said to try calling the manufacturer which I agreed to do, but I said, "If they don't send me a new one, I'm going to come down and have you make a change to your policy because I have a policy that I don't foot the bill for defective toys."



Anyway, she said "If you come down here and make demands, we'll call the police." Then she hung up on me. I called back and asked for the owner. To my surprise, she WAS the owner. So I told her that it's not me with something to lose here, it's her. Her business depends on people like me telling my friends about her store- which most of you will remember, I DID! She simply said, "we don't want business from a person like you."



HELLO.... I've been referring people there!!!

What a fun store. Their merchandise is slightly over-priced, and some of their staff is intimidating and act bored, but they have great stuff. They carry lots of fun toys that you can't find anywhere else. They host fun birthday parties and offer free gift wrap which is nice. The slide to get to the entrance of this basement store is a fun touch. I highly recommend it.
