Excellent Food, Fabulous Service. Just like Arches, this one cannot be missed!! Very kind when making a reservation, equally as warm when the reservation was moved to a later time and that set the tone for what the rest of the experience would be like. Great ambience, lovely building, nice art work and usage of lighting and color. Our waitress Jen was warm,, fun and well informed. What she didn't know she was willing to find out. We started with three great appetizers, a brie dish, a pork dish and a tamale with elk. (A salad which was also ordered, never materialized but into our second bottle of wine we neglected to bring it to Jen's attention), All three were delicious. Wanting to try all the well described dishes, we were in a quandry over which entree to choose. With Jen's help, We finally decided to try four different dishes and divide each plate into a quarter so we each could try them all. Jen immediately brought over four small plates to make it easier and we rotated each dish clockwise after we had tasted, what a ball we had!! The pheasant, the deer, the lamb and the elk, Yum Yum Yum is all we can say!! The Elk however, is number 1, if we had room in our stomachs we would have ordered another Elk dish for dessert, that is how good it was!
