I won a Dodge Challenger RT Classic at Mystic Lake Casino that was provided by Jeff Belzer's automotive. I picked up the car at the dealership and worked with John Dzadurski (goes by Z.) Z was great. He helped me get through all the paperwork quickly and showed me how to use all the fancy gadgets on my car before sending me down the highway with my 5.7 liter V8 Hemi!!!

Just purchased a new RAM truck from John Z at Jeff Belzer Dodge in Lakeville. Had never considered a Chrysler product in my 30+ years of driving, but after I tested a Silverado, he suggested driving the RAM just as a comparison. I was really impressed and am happy that he suggested that. Got a good deal on my trade and brought the truck home last night. I would recommend this dealership.
I just leased my first car at Jeff Belzer's last weekend. They were really good working at getting a good trade-in value for my old car and with financing with low monthly payments. They made the whole process really easy. I also really enjoyed working with Mary Jo in the sales department. She is very approachable and not pushy, so I felt like she was working with me to find the best car for my situation and not just working for the sale.
Simply put, working with Kara Little, Jeff Frischmann and Jeff Belzer at Belzer Chevrolet was a pleasure. I went it with very little expectations and a week later left with a new car. I was going between two cars and at no time was there any pressure, they just simply went over all the options both had available and let me come to my own conclusions. I am very happy with my new vehicle and 100% will be back when it is time for a new car.

I recently purchased a 2-year old Kia Sorento from Jeff Belzer. My sales person, Kara Little, was very helpful and appeared knowledgeable until I committed to purchasing the car. At that point, everything went down hill. After coming in to test drive the vehicle and put money down to hold it, I made an appointment to come back and sign the loan paperwork and get the car. It should have taken 15 minutes, but they were "backed up" so it took 4 hours. As a courtesy, they offered to fill the gas tank of my newly purchased vehicle, as it is their policy to only give you 5 gallons. When I got into the car, they only filled 2/3 of the tank.
It is now 3 weeks after my purchase, and I've had multiple problems that they have not helped me resolve. On top of problems with the window opener and gear shift, they also failed to mail the paperwork for my title/registration. My temporary permit has now expired and the state does not have the application, meaning that I have to park my vehicle in a private lot for 2-3 weeks until they receive the paperwork and process it, to give me temporary driver's license plates.
I followed up with Kara and their GM, Gary Lange, multiple times with no assistance. They do not return phone calls or e-mails, and the one time that we actually spoke, they were able to offer no assistance or compensation except a weak apology with no explanation as to why this happened. I would not trust that they are capable of executing their responsibilities, so go to a dealership that knows what they are doing.
By the way,I don' recommend,bad experience with kia they've been working on car for 2 weeks.No offer of loaner,car isn't even a year old,recall.Guess we bought the car because we didn't need to use it
