Werner Stellian – I can't believe it. I bought a kitchenaid stove, we paid over $800.00 for it and not even 3 months later the lettering on the knobs have come off. I'm very dissapointed in my purchase. I will be calling the store manager tomorrow and will be looking for a new stove.

Excellent place to buy your next appliance – My wife and I were in the market for a new washer and dryer. We had an idea of what we wanted.......a front loading set......other then that, we had not a clue what brand to get.

We spent some time looking at Home Depot, Lowes, Menards, Sears, and Appliance Mart.......We talked to sales people at all the stores listed above and I just was not getting the info we needed.....When I would ask them a question they would look at the info card next to the price and see if the answer was there.......I card read the card myself.....I was not impressed. We found a set at Lowes that looked good and we were almost ready to buy, but I remembered Warners Stellian. I always like to by a product from a expert. So when we went to Warners I was hoping to get more info.

We walked into their store not to far before they closed, so I half expected to get the nasty looks and lack of info because they wanted to get home. I got the total opposite. The sales person welcomed us as we walked in (not right on top of us....they gave us room to breathe). They asked what we were looking for and we told them a front loading set. She brought us over to the Washer and Dryers and showed us numerous choices that were on sale and meet out needs. We settled on a pair of LGs. They then mentioned that they had free delivery, recycling of the old units, and set up. SOLD....the washer and dryer was delivered on time and the two guys were polite, fast, and clean......This is were all my appliances will be purchased from. Great Experience

Washer & Dryer – When our dryer didn't dry anymore, we shopped around a bit before going to Warners' Stellian. When we heard that they had the staff to deliver, take away our old, and install the new - all in one trip - we knew we had found the company to work with. With a gas dryer, no one else would deliver and install. We would need to schedule more than one visit from more than one professional. Not with Warners' Stellian. They respected our time and could take care of us in one trip.

The delivery personnel showed up as scheduled; completed in a timely manner; left a clean house behind; and also left a washer and dryer that has me pulling clothes out of the closet to wash again - just so I can use my washer and dryer more!

I would definitely recommend Warners' Stellian for the services offerred and the quality of goods sold.

Above our expectations – We purchased 4 kitchen appliances from Warners Stellian - Stove, Refrigerator, Microwave and Dishwasher. We have a 1950's vintage home with very old appliances. We needed to spruce up the kitchen in a hurry as we had an appraiser coming to the house on Monday morning. We came into Warners Stellian on a Thursday evening.... nothing like cutting it close..... But we told our sales person our situation and he helped us pick out appliances that would be in stock and deliverable before Monday!

Yep it really happened - the applicances were delivered the next day and we got them installed before the appraiser came on Monday morning. The kitchen looked great! Thank you Warner Stellian for helping our kitchen look it's best for the appraiser!

We will recommend you to others!

Impressions! – We are very satisfied with our new appliances that we purchased a package of a price. We do not have any problems but we used the new dishwasher first time since three years when old one broke down. At first time water was standing inside. We got puzzled and called for a help. What a bummer! the technican came next day and knew what it was. He pulled the pipes under the sink and cleaned all dirts to plug the hole from the hose. Then it ran smooth and do not have any problems afterwards. We love the stove so much because it controls proper temperature than old stove. we enjoy baking or cooking in oven now.

I was very impressed of Lynne Taylor who understands about hearing impaired customer to communicate well. I was pleased to make a good decision to buy a package what Lynne gave the outlines and measurements for our kitchen because our house built in 1950's. All fit in when the installers did quick to hook up all appliances in one hour. I could not beleive it.

Next day I brought my wife to look at the appliances in the store and was satisfied with my selections. She enjoys with them, too. Probably some day we should buy a washer and dryer what we saw there.

I Love Warner's Stellian!! – I am extremely impressed with the customer service I've received from the Maple Grove Warner's Stellian. I bought a new stacking, front-load washer and dryer last Spring. The delivery people installed it, made sure it worked, and left. A few minutes after they'd left, water started coming out from under the washer which turned out to be the drain backing up. Had nothing to do with the installation.

I called Warner's Stellian because I didn't know what to do. They sent their delivery people back right away, who confirmed it was the drain, not the washer. I needed to call Roto Rooter but when the Roto Rooter guy came, he couldn't move the washer and dryer by himself. I called Warner's Stellian again and they were nice enough to send their delivery guys back, even though this was already at 6:00 p.m. They told their delivery guys to just wait until the Roto Rooter guy finished so they could re-connect the washer/dryer.

I also bought all new kitchen appliances from them a couple months ago (refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, and microwave) because I was remodeling my kitchen. They were scheduled to deliver the appliances on a Friday, and my countertop guy was coming to measure for the countertops at 9:30 a.m.that day. I called and asked Warner's Stellian if they could arrange for my delivery to be first thing in the morning so that the appliances would already be in place for when they measured for the countertops, and they made sure the appliances were delivered at about 8:30 a.m.

I've had excellent customer service from them, and all of my appliances have been wonderful. I strongly recommend purchasing from them.

NOT JUST BAD, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE – It amazes me how the owners of Warner Stellian can sleep at night. I don't care if you call and leave a message 100 times a day, you will not get a return call from the sales person. Our refrigerator has not worked from day 1 and it is now almost 2 week s, we are without a fridge and can't get anyone to help! PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM WARNER STELLIAN....I TELL YOU IT WILL BE THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF YOU LIFE.

Good selection, nice showroom, BAD cust service, POOR communication, NO follow-up! – We decided to finish our basement and add a full bar/kitchen. We dropped into WS to see what they had to offer. The showroom was very nice and the selection was great. So... we placed an order for over $10,000 in appliances. Delivery promised, in writing, August 22. -----------------------

Aug 22 came and went, no delivery. I called the sales rep to find out what the issue was, he had someone call me back to schedule delivery. We had a plumber on site for the prescribed date. He sat around (on the clock), but no delivery. We rescheduled and some of the appliances were dropped off. SOME of the appliances!! -----------------------

I called to find out where the balance of the order was. Much to my surprise, the sales rep could not verify that he had placed the order for the balance of the equipment. After many calls, some of them left un-responded to, I called the store manager. That was almost a month ago... ---------------------

So after 2 months and an additional $328.34 in unexpected expenses, for miscelaneous parts that were missed, even after several conversations, we have a new delivery date of Thursday, Oct 25th. I will not be holding my breath. ------------------

Their web site says... "we're working hard to earn your business". Huh?? ---------------

I will NEVER spend another nickle with Warner's Stellian! -----------------

No help at all.. – We purchased 4 Amana appliances and the dishwasher has been trouble from the start. Poor installation causes the door to stick and at least a quarter of the dishes and half the silverware needs to be re-washed after each load. We've gotten nothing but the runaround (water isn't hot enough, too little detergent, too much detergent, etc.). It's like they think we never owned a dishwasher before! This is the only one we've had trouble with. Can't recommend that anyone buy from WS due to the terrible customer service we've received.

No Customer Service at THIS store!! – What ever happened to customer service? The customer is always right? Well at this store they've never heard of this concept. I bought all new appliances recently for my new construction home (my builder suggested Geyers...but I got all caught up in WS's rebates and Simon Deliver coupons...NEVER AGAIN! ) The Frigidaire dishwasher stopped working just shy of 2 weeks after being installed. WS could care less about getting it fixed. Lied when they said they would place a service call. I finally had to find one myself. Told me that they have nothing to do with the equipment they sell after the sale. Funny, no one told me that during the sale. I strongly suggest going elsewhere for your appliance needs. Mr. or Mrs. WS needs to know how their front desk people are treating their customers....
