Highly Recommended!!!!! These guys rock! Been ordering Golf awards from them for my annual tourney for 5 years now. Always quality work at a very affordable price. I wouldn't do business with anyone else... enough said!!

I have been doing business with Belcher's Trophies for over 10 years, I place large orders 3 or 4 times a year - often at the last minute, and they always come through for me with great customer service and their pricing is very reasonable, since they don't charge per letter of engraving. I recommend them highly, Mrs. Belcher is an awesome woman, and the rest of the staff is very helpful!

What a nasty bunch to do business with – I looked these guys up on line and saw a couple favorable comments about their work. All I needed was an engraved plastic plaque. Although they did get this small job done correctly, the older gal and the man were condescending, rude, and almost as though they were doing me a favor by accepting my business. In the course of this one order I had two emails never acknowledged (though requested by them), and two phone calls never returned either. Upon picking up that small order a week or so later, I dropped off a plastic name tag that has a custom logo etched in it. It is the only one we have like it for a special project. All I needed was five letters engraved in it. Again--trying to talk to these folks was --- well --- I don't know how to describe it. They seem impatient, condescending, and hurry-up-we-don't-have-time-for-this. I prepaid to have the name put on the tag but they could not give me a strait answer of how it would look beyond just to keep telling me—with increasing frustration and impatience, "Trust us--we've done this for x-number of years." Considering I only have one of these to work with, I don't want to run the risk of messing it up based upon an assumption that you can read my mind--so how about I go ahead and send you the size letters I want. That seemed like a fair request to me. I guess not. I then got a 5 minute dissertation about how the point size of letters in their machine isn't what it is in a computer. In the end, they agreed to let me email them an exact image and they could then match the letters by eye. Is it really this hard? The guy said it would be a day or so. Since I live about 15 miles away I provided my phone number and asked if they could call when they had it done. They agreed. As soon as I got home I emailed the scanned image of the name tag--along with the graphically imposed name for them to match in size, placement, etc. As before they provided no acknowledgement whatsoever to the email. I waited over a week--no call. Drove by on a Monday only to find a sign on the door "Closed Today." One week later still no call--I drove by again. No one could find the name tag--done or not. Couldn't be found. I VERY politely told the lady that although they clearly have a reputation for apparently getting the job done, they top the chart on the negative side in horrible communication. On second thought--on NO communication. I kindly told the gal that not only had I been promised a return call, but had never received any acknowledgement to ANY emails, and now this is my second 30 mile round trip, and two weeks of time and still no name tag. I kindly said that I would not be making a third trip and asked if she might be so kind as to have someone put the thing in the mail to me when they find it. That was last Friday. Knowing how poorly they communicate, I called today and Andrew answered. I identified myself and politely informed him that I had come in last week. . . . to which he interrupted and INSTANTLY started yelling. He cut me off and as he talked he shouted louder and talked faster like running down hill, "I am sending your tag to you, WILL REFUND YOUR MONEY AND DON'T EVER COME IN THIS STORE AGAIN!" to which he then slammed the phone down hanging up.

Hmmm. That was interesting. Rough childhood?? I don't know about you guys--but regardless of how long they have been in business, that kind of infantile behavior by someone one would think ought to have some modicum of professionalism, certainly doesn't win customers---at least not this one. I prefer to do business with professionals rather than condescending, discourteous, defensive, we-can-never-do-anything-wrong little people who wear their dysfunction on their sleeve.

By the way--when the tag and five $1 bills showed up in the mail at my house a week later--the tag had never even been engraved. What a bunch of losers.
