Very poor office staff. But I really like my doctor. That's the only reason I keep going there. The Medical Assistants that take you back to your room are all doing there 30 day internship. That's why there is always someone new taking you back to your room to do vitals and find out why you are there. The gals in the front office and the 2 in back are full time and have been there a while. Not all of them are rude. The blonde who sits in the back and gives you your receipt or schedules you to see a specialist is very nice. She is great. There is one gal there that is very rude I have sat and listened to the way she speaks to people on the phone and in the office. Like I said if it wasn't for the doctors I would be outta there.
Poor Office Staff – I've been a patient for several years and the staff has changed several times during this timeframe. The current staff is less than helpful. I've called and left messages for the physician to call me back, only to never hear from the physician regarding test results. I've recently been experiencing billing issues, i.e. being billed recently for office visits 1+ years ago. It's difficult to track the issue with the insurance company for a claim that occurred that far back. Claims are not being filed with the insurance company and the office bill person arguing with me, when a simple request to refile the claim has been made. I even requested a call back from the Office Manager and there has been no response from the office. This is only the most recent issue with this staff. The physicians are great but the staff makes it really difficult to want to utilize these physicians.
Quality care, poor office staff – Dr. Greg Baker takes an appropriate amount of time with patients, asking a wide array of questions. I've experienced high quality of care at this office. Dr. Baker will run appropriate tests to determine cause, not just treat symptoms.
The front office staff, however, are not as accomidating. I have found that when I discussed any difficulties with Dr. Baker, he has been promt to respond. The nursing staff is extremely helpful.
Other than slight delays due to large amount of patients, this office has been remarkably positive.
Good Medical Office – I have tried 3 doctors office in the area and this has been the best thus far. They are thorough and do necessary testing to rule out different illnesses/issues. Easy to talk with doctors. Sometimes a long wait in waiting room, but the time from entering the exam room to seeing the doc is short. Overall, I like this office.
frustration – I was really attracted to the possibility of becoming a patient at your group. However, I can find no way to contact you. There is no phone number and no e-mail address so I can ask my question.
