In Short
Key to Pallino's vision is a machine from Switzerland that portions, cooks and drains a serving of pasta in 90 seconds; kids love the "pasta rocket" for the name as much as parents appreciate the speedy delivery. The pasta is available as thin spaghetti, cheese ravioli or chicken tortellini, and is topped with one of 15 sauces that the staff prepares on the spot. Panini and thin crust pizza are also available.
