Nice... – I don't particular like shopping but my girlfriend shops here and I came along with her to do some Xmas shopping. The people working came up to us and was cool and chatted me up and made suggestions about what they thought I might like. I thought that was cool considering how many times do I have to be asked If I can be helped? The sales guy was busy attending to my girlfriend and I gave in and allowed them to show me what they thought was "cool". Well, I can see why they were choosen by customers as a good store. They know their stuff, the fit, what looks good, and what to show me.

I liked some of their jeans but the guy told me to stay away from them because it wouldn't fit my thigh but I didn't care...sure enough, too skinny!! I ended up spending a chunk on jeans I really didn't need but my girlfriend says my butt looks good in them and hey, if she likes them, then it's worth it.

And they got her into a nice outfit for our new year's eve party. Guess you can't use the word (sexxxy) and hot!

Nice!

pushy sales and no return policy – I love Fremont and like what Bliss has to offer but just like the driving music of Abercrombe and Fitch the sales people keep me out of there. You can't look at one thing before they decend on you pointing out and filling up your dressing room with all the things they want to sell--aka cannot move. It's also a "once you buy it you can't return" it type shop. This makes me very wary and very turned off. You better LOVE what you buy because once you put your money down that's it.

Cute clothes, appalling service – I visited Bliss for the first time yesterday and found the customer service both comical and mortifying. First, like other reviewers here, I was set upon by two separate salespeople within 60 seconds of entering the shop, both with items of clothing I just 'had' to try on, even though I'd told them I was just browsing. One of the salespeople, a guy in his 20s, approached me a second time as I browsed some funky men's t-shirts and asked if I was shopping for my husband. I said yes, I was, whereupon he said 'Is he in his late 30s too?' (I am 34.) I allowed that yes, he is in his 30s. At which point he practically grabbed me by the hand and led me to, in his words, 'the more conservative stuff,' a bunch of plain brown and black polos and tees (very nice ones, granted--but then a $125 tee ought to be pretty nice) suitable for the senior citizens among Bliss's clientele. I'm pretty sure he was trying to be helpful, but someone ought to tell the kid that you don't a) guess a customer's age, particularly if you're going to overestimate it and b) then insist she look at what you've deemed is more age-appropriate clothing for her demographic than the stuff she was actually interested in. The pity is that I'd spotted a couple of terrific pieces in Bliss and might have spent some money there if the sales staff hadn't managed to crowd me, insult me, and condescend to me all in the space of 10 minutes. As it was, I hauled my old-fogey bones out of there and found the exact same items in another Fremont boutique. I actually am glad to know about the luxe French men's tees, though--just ordered two of them from another retailer online. Thanks for that if for nothing else, Bliss.

Best Jeans in Seattle!!! – I cannot say enough about the denim selection at Bliss. We all know Fremont is the "Center of the Universe" but thanks to Bliss, it is also the center of the universe of denim. Counting Rock Revival, Parasuco, Rock and Republic, Union, and Goldsign, among others, Bliss is where to shop when you need new jeans. The designer brands alone aren't what's best about this store, however. The buyers select only the best styles from each brand and help you find the perfect cut for your body. My daughter was visiting from Manhatten and was impressed not only by the selection, but also by how well the staff was trained to fit their customers. Bliss is your one-stop-shop for designer denim.

Like a used car lot – I've never experienced pushier sales people than the ones at Bliss. My advice, don't touch anything that you aren't interested in buying because their salespeople will be on you like a hawk. So sad because it is such an adorable place and they have a great selection of t-shirts.

Annoying and pushy sales people – As much as I love the clothing at Bliss, the sales people prevent me from ever returning. When I went to exchange a pair of jeans for a different size, the sales girl dragged me around the store and tried to push everything from shirts and shoes to earrings on me (my ears aren't even pierced!?!). All I wanted was to exchange my jeans, which were a gift! If you like pushy sales people who pretend to be your best friend in order to get a sale....Bliss is for you. Furthermore, the dressing "rooms" don't all have mirrors, so I was forced to parade myself across the store in order to see how the jeans fit. Not my idea of a good time!

Always changing and fun – It's great to visit stores that keeps evolving. Bliss has continued to morph itself and change with the times. I love it that my bf and I can now shop together and both find great finds that we haven't been able to find in other stores. The staff is exuberant, jolly, and extremely knowledgeable in the fits and styles that I want. If you want a good clothing store, go visit Bliss and make sure Betsy helps you. A shout out to you girl! Thanks for all the service and advice! You rock!!!
