With a bright red color scheme, enormous booths and TVs galore (even in the bathrooms), this loud, lively spot aims to make families feel right at home. The creative menu offers 22 different burgers--from teriyaki-marinated Bansai with grilled pineapple to the 5 Alarm with pepper jack cheese, jalapenos, salsa and chipotle mayo. Soups, salads, and entrees of fajitas, fish and chips and Cajun-spiced shrimp round out the casual American menu.

Unprofessional Service Workers. Another Red Robin restaurant that promises to disappoint their customers. Upon arriving, we are greeted by fairly friendly hostesses. However, that's where it stops. The waiters are often seen toward the back, near the kitchen playing and teasing one another; snapping towels, etc. Also, as one of the bus boys passed us with his bucket and sponge to clean off tables, we noticed the water and it's beautiful gray-brown color. Probably explains why it smells like a dirty rag on most of their tables. Anyway, we ordered burgers and we asked for them to be cooked WELL DONE. This was obviously a challenge for their cooks, because our burgers came back w/ pink in them. Not to sound like an E.Coli paranoid customer, but eh.....we still wanted them cooked WELL DONE. We sent the burgers back and guess what? They came back the second time, PINK in the middle. I guess it was too mind-boggling for their cooks. So it goes.....
