Tips for Overlake Hospital Medical Ctr

Nurses are great, but company's core values are AWFUL. Had my baby there. Nurses were caring and great! The nightmare started once I was discharged from the hospital. I had a problem with their billing department and they DON'T CARE. They are NOT willing to work with you, even if it was their mistake. The company is NOT customer service oriented at all. All they care is that they get their money, they don't care if you are out of job or on death bed, or they don't take any considerations what so ever. You would expect compassion and care from an institution like this, but it's not even close!
