Thank you, guys!.
I've been goin there oh.... for ...I don't know...few years now even during the metro construction.
The owners are at the shop all the time, working with those awesome guys. In my opinion, it makes different to run a business especially in retail if owner's working together with employees
My favorite menu is Spicy Italian 5' long, Ummmm....
with pepperoni and salami cheddar & hot peppers (lots!)
One problem .... They give too much veggies in my sub!
I kept telling them to stop, and the guys just smile....
Try their freshly baked cookies^^Yummmm
The lady; I think she is the wife?, bakes them every morning.
Sometimes, I just bring my laptop there and have a cup of the coffee and cookies. They have very good sitting area-comfy tables w/ lots sunlights coming in. Free WiFi^^

You lost this customer!.
I have nothing good to say, and you obviously don't want to hear it. The service was lousy, the employee was rude, i'll never buy a sandwich there again. i'll recommend other food establishments to my friends and coworkers. a totally bad experience all around. Of course you found a few glitches. You ask for a review but you don't really want to hear the truth. i'll talk to the manager instead. With all of the restrictions you 've put on this review, i"m unable to describe exactly what happened. I need to tell you that sandwiches would have been purchased if your employee hadn't intimidated your customer.
