Bear & Wolf Pink Salmon Patties.... Great Salmon, Found at BJ's. I usually serve it with pasta, but wanted to try something different. WOW, Great taste... I made Salmon patties the same way you would make crab cakes just adding bake potatoes and adding red serrano peppers. My family loved them... U have to try this product.

Where is Bear & Wolf? Was Referred to Trident Seafoods 866-413-4749. Great Salmon if I could find it again. I called the 800I agree that the sodium content should be lower, but rinsing and patting it dry works! I used to buy it at Costco but for some reason they discontinued the item. Perhaps because it was FAR superior to the Kirkland Salmon, which is farmed and mushy at a similar price point. Perhaps Costco should buy the company and sell it as Kirkland's Wild Alaskan Salmon!.

GOOD SALMON - VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!. I have tried calling long distance at my expense to this company and was transferred again and again until I was finally disconnected not once, not twice but three times. After my third time being abused I gave up and have decided to buy my SALMON from another company. Obviously they don't care about their consumers. I will say though that I thought the canned SALMON was great even if the customer service leaves a little to be desired.

Wild Alaskan Salmon-Boneless, Skinless and Ready for your favorite recipes!!. Over the last few years, especially since we stopped eating meat for the most part, we have been making wild Alaskan salmon a regular part of our diet. I started making salmon burgers, and experimenting with different ingredients to improve the recipe. I had been using the cans of wild Alaskan salmon found commonly in the supermarkets and spending hours removing the bones and skin to use the meat of the salmon. My friend introduced me to Bear and Wolf boneless and skinless wild Alaskan Salmon. I thought there would still be some bones to remove but was pleasantly surprised to find only the salmon meat. This cut the preparation time to a fraction of what it was before. The salmon was delicious and of a very high quality. There was a bit more sodium than I would have liked so I rinsed the salmon in a collander and placed it on clean paper towels to remove the extra moisture. The burgers were delicious, the best I ever made. It was so easy that I will be able to make them more often. It can be found in Costco in packs of six cans the size of Tuna fish cans.
