Completely inept and unprofessional. Do not use! – Cost Plus World Market uses this worthless company for their furniture delivery. Too bad, the Cost Plus furniture is a great value, but it isn't worth the brain damage the delivery will cost you.
It took four days from my date of purchase to even be in contact with Sunshine Delivery, then they told me they could deliver in six days. After I explained this was not acceptable, they agreed to a Saturday delivery.
After receiving no less than four automated delivery phone calls in two days which started at 7:30am, they managed to try and deliver my furniture to the wrong address. Seriously. Six phone calls later, I finally talk with someone from 'dispatch' who tells me that my address wasn't in their file, that the truck is now stuck in Seattle and that my furniture can't be delivered until next week. The woman literally would not admit any fault or problems and would not have her truck make the trip to Bellevue.
Literally a wasted week where I could have been enjoying my new furniture. Don't use this service!!!
Complete void of customer service and professionalism – So Dania Furniture uses these clowns as their delivery service when you purchase an item needing delivery. When the two delivery men were moving my older leather couch to make room for the new one, they caught the center cushion on a doorknob and tore a huge hole in the leather.
"Call our office and file a claim," they said in lieu of an apology. So I called. And called again. And again. I felt like I was stalking these people simply to get a claim form; the assistant to the woman who handles claims said she didn't have the form and repeatedly told me she'd "call me right back." Um, isn't that exactly the kind of thing an assistant to the claims personnel would have?!? She never did call me back.
And now that I have submitted my claim I can't get a single soul to indicate what the claims process might be. I am honestly not sure they even have a claims dept. or that this person actually exists.
In the 8 weeks (!!!!) since these people destroyed my couch I have received ZERO call backs despite numerous messages. The Better Business Bureau gives them a FAIL and I completely understand why.
phone girl is rude and unreasonable – They call you monday at 4:30pm for a delivery day of wednesday. You call them in the morning tuesday to see what time and they have to call you back towards noon because they don't know yet. Then when you call them back at 2 to change the time by half an hour because you can't get off work that early. The girl tells you that you should have told her that 2 days ago and she can't change it now. So - basically - you should call her and tell her what time you can be there before she calls you and tells you what day she will be there.
