I called the Law Offices of James Newton after a charge that I felt was not right. Jim and his staff were very detailed and looked at every aspect of the scenario. We were able to get the best possible out come for the case. I called Jim after being turned down by another attorney who felt I did not have a case. Jim is very knowledgeable and was able to see my case to justice.

I used Jim Newton in 2009 and again in early 2010 for a similar criminal case. I appreciated his attention to detail and willingness to look at every angle for the best possible outcome to my cases. In terms of my overall experience, The Law Office of James Newton has delivered better than expected results and I would highly recommend his services.

CHEAT, THIEF, LIE!!!!!. RUN FROM THIS FIRM!!! They lie from the beginning! Jim made promises to us that he never intended to keep. We were told lies from the beginning and the lawyers we delt with were no better. We were passed from Richard to Dawn and have not one thing good to say about them or the firm! We were told from the beginning that we would pay according to the time spent on our case, however, we were charged over $4000.00 for two ten minute court apperances. When we inquired about the refund we were told Jude in accounting was reviewing the amount due us. Now it's been about a year and we are still trying to get our money. The only thing Jim is doing is ignore us...no response or contact. Basically he is no better than a common thief!!!!!

DECIET, CHEAT, DISHONEST!!!!. Do not hire this firm!!!! They lie, cheat and are totally dishonest!!! Jim Newton is no better than a person robbing a store, the only difference is he does not point a gun at you! This firm should have a negative rating.

Best Criminal Defense Attorney out there!. We have a family friend who was false accused of a crime. Needless to say his friends and family were very nervous about the outcome of his case. All of us banded together to find the BEST attorney in Seattle. Jim Newton IS it. We talked to maybe a dozen different attorney's before deciding on Jim Newton. His team not only got our friend acquitted, but was honest with us the whole way through the process. HIGHLY recommend.
