Tips for Moda Bella Salon
Great place for hair. I have had my hair done here for 3 years and they do a great job. They did have one girl that was just ok, I heard she is gone. I always make sure I ask for Theresa or Kathy. I have gone to other nice places too and Moda Bella prices are way better. I always go back to Moda Bella I do think they are the best for hair in Green Bay. Its easy to make appointments and they are always nice. I even get my kids hair done there too. If you have been there you know that the prices are great and the girls are alway so nice. Its a great place to go.
Don't be fooled. I can understand why the previous lady had a bad experience. I am sure this was a totally honest situation. I also have had problems will this salon, and would never return. I know that this comment will probably be gone with in the next couple days, because anybody can post a writing (friends, employees, ect.) I know that it is only hair, but seriously you are paying and at these prices you should get what you want. I guess the message is to always be cautious, or you could end up going through alot of money for bad hair.

I love this place! I am a busy professional with 2 kids so I am always short on time. They are always so accomodating and friendly. They always exceed my expectations!! This is not easy to do, sometime :)
Not sure why a prior comment said they had a bad experience? I have tried other places in town and find that their staff is not experienced and many times are stuck with the "new girl" this has never happened at Moda Bella, no matter who I see, and since I never plan ahead and am a last minute person I have seen pretty much all the girls who work there, I am always pleased with my haircut, my color and my waxing. My husband now comes to get his haircut, too. I even gave my Mom a gift certifiate to the spa last Christmas and she now is a huge fan, I'll be sending her there again for Mother's Day. I am hooked on their friendliness and their experience....
Best Salon and Spa in Green Bay. I have three kids and work full time so I needed a haircut that was going to be fun and easy to do. I was so happy with my style and the ladies were very nice. (I even had a free chair massage while I waited! It was very relaxing) I have been to many salons in Green Bay that just never listen to what I want and she did. I have a very trendy short haircut that everyone loves. It saves me so much time too. I really love my Hair!! I am so thankfull to find a salon and Day Spa that is so great! Thanks Moda Bella
Worst Experience Ever!.
I went to Moda Bella under a strong recommendation from someone. It was the ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD.
I had very short hair at the time, and I requested a stylist that was very experienced with short hair. I think they gave me someone who was VERY new because she didn't have the first clue how to cut my short hair. Any other time I've gotten my hair cut; they have used a razor blade or texture scissors or something other than just plain scissors. This lady only used a pair of scissors. You could see the lines from where she cut, all over the sides of my head and the back. I looked like a little boy whose mother thought she could save a buck and cut her kid's hair herself. I had done a better job in the past on my own head. On top of it, the cut wasn't cheap.
I was so upset and embarrassed, that I couldn't go anywhere after that. I looked ridiculous. I immediately called Pannache and asked if I could come it and get it fixed. I didn't want anyone from Moda Bella to touch my head again because I had lost all confidence that they could do anything with it, so I didn't tell them exactly how unhappy I was. Plus, since it was so short, there was only so much room to fix it. I spent A LOT of money that day between two salons; fortunately Pannache was able to make it work.
What I was most upset about was that I SPECIFICALLY requested experience and they CLEARLY didn't listen. I do not recommend Moda Bella based on the fact that they just gave me whoever was available, despite what I requested. I think that is an incredibly poor way to run a business.
Great prices. I had the best haircut and color I have ever had in Green Bay!! Kathy knows what she is doing. I expected to pay about $40-$50 more than I did. I was very surprised! I have told all my friends!!
Great Hair. I have been going to get my hair done here for years. It always looks great. The prices are very reasonable too!! You pay more at the mall. They treat you great too!
Best spa in Green Bay. I love it here. I wish all of my spa expereinces had been so great. I love that their stylists and techinicans know what they are doing. They are educated about what they do, they always offer new and fresh ideas and keep up to date on the latest trends. My hair has never looked better. I have started getting spa services done and I am in love with the facials. Ann does something new evertime. I have never had the same facial. She always customizes the facial to whatever my skin needs that time. Love it!!
Nice staff. I love the staff. They were so nice to me and my Mom. You don't get treated like that many places. They really cared about me and answed my questions. I love the girls at Moda Bella
Very Friendly and down to earth. The staff is great. They were so accomodating for my mother. They made her feel like she was part of the family. She raves about this place to everyone. Now I can, too. I just had my first facial, and it was perfect. Now I'm hooked. I will be coming back everytime I am in town.
