I love this place – I go to Cafe Dahab almost every week. I love the coziness of it, the food, the service and especially the hooka. The waiters are always very nice and the owner is the best. The prices are very reasonable and again the food is amazing. I especially like the fact that I feel at home there. Cafe Dahab has been such a pleasure to go and relax there especially with good friends.

Yes it is one of the worst places ever! – I never imagined to eat in a place like that and for my bad luck I had to work there for some extra cash!

The food is good most of the time but I do not know about clean! The service is very bad because they are trying to save some money by getting less servers and cheep hispanic busers!

The owner is really so rude and think highly of herself but it is not her fault, it is her so called friends and family who cater to her for free food!

The prices are up every now and then on the system but not on the menue.

If you own a Firrari, you get to set on table 29 inside which is the biggest table or table 54 outside which is her table that God forbidd that you make a mistake and ask , just ask to set on it!

The bread in your basket was in someone else's basket the day before most of the time! So is the olives and the red stuff!

Everytime you go there, new faces will serve you and that is a great indication of bad management!

Most of the new servers are her friends who need some money of her so called "family" who give you the worst service ever!

I'm glad I'm out and I will be gladder to see this place in new owner's hands.

God bless.

greattt experience – the food was so good. The service was so so but honestly it wasn't half as bad as those other ones that just want your tip. The live entertainment was nice although it was a little too loud for me. I really enjoyed my hookah and the d??cor was very authentic. I definitely recommend you to go for dinner, I loved the chicken and koobideh. Parking was right across the street so I don't see why others have complained. I just left the place but can't wait to go back again

Bad service, Over priced hookah, No parking, too loud – This place doesn't even deserve 1 star but they didn't have a zero to give them. Horrible expierence ever. Their prices for hookah is double what you would pay at another place. The service is bad. No body assits you. You pretty much have to find your own seat. Don't mind the regulars staring you down, that's just how arabs are. The place is so hood, no parking and the aera is dirty. The waiters ignore you. The coal guys are rude and dont come back to see if you need new coal. The place is too loud. The have no air to vent out the smoke. Take a breathing mask if you want to breath in there. Their menu's say one price but really they charge you more. Wannabe up scale place, but they are far from being high class. I give this place 2 thumbs down for their sorry a$$ service and over priced hookah.

Cafe Dahab – This place has no parking. Very small and crowded and over priced hookah. It's a total rip off and not only that if u pay with a credit card make sure in the tip area u leave 0 or else they will give themselves a tip. Horrible place if u want cheap hookah go to Fusion cafe or dream cafe in anahiem. Dahab is a rip off.

Pay attention to the food and you'll be happy – I just went to Dahab last night for the first time in about a year. I used to be a regular at their Westwood Blvd. location, but had only been to the new one once. One of the main reasons I hadn't been there for so long was the reviews I saw complaining about the service--I'd never noticed a problem, but I thought maybe the place had taken a turn for the worse. It seemed a pity, too, because the food at the Westwood location had been so good that I would walk 3/4 of a mile, past literally dozens of other restaurants, regularly to eat lunch there. Anyway, so when my friend suggested Dahab, an old fave of hers as well, last night, I was ready to give it another chance. I was very glad I did. The food was just as I'd remembered. We both ordered chicken shawerma sandwiches--one of the most killer dishes there--and I asked for an extra container of garlic sauce on the side. While we were waiting, we munched on their signature spicy olives and pickled turnip/cabbage with delight. For appetizers we ordered lentil soup and stuffed grape leaves--soup was delicious, grape leaves fairly standard. And then, the sandwiches arrived. As I peeled open the aluminum foil, the orange oil started dripping out--I'd forgotten about that--and running down the side of my hand. I felt like Sancho Panza looking at the oil slicks on a vat of meaty soup--my appetite leapt! I bit off a generous mouthful and--mmm--so good.... Added a blob more of garlic sauce and took another bite--oh yeah! And the light, tart, and herby cabbage salad is just such a nice complement to the garlicky savory sandwich. Washed it down with a big glass of sweet-tart karkadeh, and I was a happy man. The foul (pronounced "fool") there is also awesome. In fact the only dish I've every had there that I didn't like was the molekhia--which may have been perfectly fine but was just a bit too unusual for me I guess. As far as service, we were treated like king and queen practically, unlike others--it was 7:30 on a Thursday.
