I wish I had read these reviews.. I wish I had read these reviews. Didn't bother ever showing up at the airport for me this morning. I called and they told me they'd arrive within 20 minutes. An hour later my wife picked me up. This company sucks.

I got a coupon for WelcomeBack limo with very good prices for service from PA to SFO.
I couldn't find any reviews, so I did a search on their phone number. One link had their name & number as well as Abco's. When I called up, they said they owned both companies!

i am a frequent traveler and have used limo services for several years. unfortunately i decided to try a new one and responded to an ad by ABCO.
i sensed the lack of professionalism from the start, from the tone of the person answering the phone. against my instincts i went ahead with them. the driver showed up early and started to drive away because i was 5 mts late!! i had to call him back. then he started to complain about how i caused him to lose another customer because i was late. the car itself was filthy - candy and chewing gum wrappers on the floor.
i just wanted to get out and decided he didnt deserve a tip. his reaction - called me a b**** and walked away. unbelievable. AVOID this service at all costs!
WORST airport service. Worst airport service ever. Called to set up a pickup- received confirmation and the car never showed. Didn't even answer the phone when we tried to see where they were or if they were coming at all. Ended up missing flight and paying over $400 in ticket changes and cab fares. DO NOT USE THEM!
Horrible, avoid at all costs. On our ride to the airport, the driver showed up 15 minutes early and then harassed us to get moving because he had another job to get to-- somehow their problem in scheduling were our fault. On the return trip, we called him as we were waiting for our luggage and he said we should call back when we had the luggage in hand. We did so, only to get his voice mail. He never picked up the phone again, never showed up, and never called to explain. Clearly he never had any intention of picking us up, and purposefully stranded us at the airport. A horrible service that I hope does not stay in business.
THE WORST EVER!. After a full day of travel, we returned from our trip to SFO @ 9p. When we called Abco to take us home, they claimed our flight returned late, which it wasn't, and that they didn't have any more cars for us. They left us stranded in the rain! The owner was unsympathetic and we were incredulous that we had to find another way home.
This Limo Company Takes you for a Ride. Missed a pickup around midnight and was stranded at the airport. When we called, they didn't pick up the phone. The next day, they didn't take responsibility for the whole mess, didn't apologize, and said it's the driver's fault, not the company's. That is ridiculous. This happened with a confirmed reservation! I won't do business here again, and wouldn't recommend you do so, either.
Fraudulent company. Don't use these people. I had the exact same experience as the previous poster. I was charged twice by them (the second charge had a different limo company name, but it was the same amount and I'd only taken one ride). They denied knowing anything about the other company (why are you calling us when we only charged you once?) but when I called the other company, turns out they regularly subcontract for ABCO Airport Services, and confirmed they were asked to bill. This second company (Infinity Limo) seemed very reasonable on the phone and supposedly the second charge will be reversed today - we shall see. When I called ABCO back, they were still in denial, telling me the other company had screwed up and even had the gall to suggest maybe I had been charged as a no-show on the return trip.
Fraudulent Billing. I used their service in Dec 06 and found them to be somewhat unprofessional (woke me up at 4:30 AM for a 5:00 PM pickeup...driver mixed up AM/PM). This was tolerable. In march, I noticed two new charges from ABCO Airport Service for the exact same amount as my Dec. trip. I definately did not use their service (or one of their partner services) as I was out of the country for this month. After endless promises of a refund, nothing ever showed up. My credit card company (Citicard) claims that it is not their problem either, leaving me stuck with two 60$ fraudulent charges. Avoid this service!
Called at 11;40pm to change 5:15am pickup time to 30mins earlier! AVOID THEM. I set up a pickup for my mother from Palo Alto to San Jose for a 7:10am flight. They called my mom (73 y.o.)at 11:40pm the night before her 5:15 am flight to tell her they were coming at 4:45am and would leave her if she was not ready. Of course I had pre-paid the service. My poor mom didn't sleep the rest of the night! I think that kind of customer service should not be rewarded. AVOID THEM. there are plenty of good car services in the bay area.
