Poor Customer Service. I brought my dog here when I was in need of finding a kennel on very short notice. I was worried about the outside area where they keep the dogs during the day (its outside), but the manager seemed nice so I let my dog stay. Before I left, I asked them to cut his hair and wash him. When I picked up my dog they only gave him a bath and he smelled of urine. I called the manager the next day and she said they did cut him, but if I brought him back they would cut some more off. When I picked him up and they charged me for the initial wash/cut and for the second cut and wash - $80 total. They lied on the phone when they said they would fix the problem and I wouldnt trust them in the future. Use as last resort.
cheap, but just ok. They are new and I've only had my dog stay there once (for a week) but I won't do it again. They seemed a little unorganized and frazzled. I also just moved here and was used to bringing my pup to a boarding place in New York where the owners seemed to LIVE for the dogs they looked after. They were totally dedicated to providing a warm, and safe environment for all the dogs. Unfortunatley, that's not the vibe at Reigning Dogs and Cats.
