Ask For Erin Ennis If You Want Amazing Eyebrows. I have extremely thick eyebrows that grow back so quickly. Thankfully, I've got Erin Ennis to handle them. I've been searching around FOREVER to find someone like her. She is detailed and consistent such that I always have perfectly shaped eyebrows. Thank you Erin!!!

A Wonderful Experience. As I left the lobby, I stepped into another world.

I was greeted with subdued lighting, soft and tranquil background music , and the sound of quiet running water in a wall fountain the Zen Room.

I was already getting drowzy. I was greeted by a wonderful and warm person named Erin who was going to give me my facial. The next hour I must have slipped into a dreamworld because the time went very fast.

I was very pleased with her work. I felt so relaxed and my face never felt to refreshed.

I am looking forward to my next appointment.

Relaxing facial. I have been to many spas, mostly impersonal and cold, but when I got my facial and massage from Tropical Waters, it was so inviting. Erin did a fantastic job on my facial! It was so relaxing, and my skin felt amazing afterwards!! And my massage was great too. I will definitely be back again!

Relaxation and Relief. I went to Tropical Waters Spa & Salon and had one of their facial services. The service was provided by Erin Ennis who was very informative and professional. This was a very relaxing and fun experience and my skin has never felt better. I recommend Erin and Tropical Waters for anykind of facial service. One of my favorite parts of the whole experience was the steam room with the eucalyptus spray... Awesome!!!

Great place to relieve some stress!. So nice to go to a spa in Hermosa that has parking, welcoming smiles and an array of services that are affordable--even in this economy. Thanks for giving us a break!

Excellent Waxing!. Beautiful rooms, Erin is a great waxer and makes waxing as enjoyable an experience as possible. I have done my waxing here regularly for more than a year and recommend it highly.

Best spa I've ever been to!. I've been to many spas because I love facials and massages. I just love pampering myself! My boyfriend gave me a gift certificate for a Tropical Waters massage and facial and OMG it was amazing!!! The staff is extremely kind and soft-spoken. The ambiance was calming and very soothing. I went on a Friday after a long week of work and was so relaxed right when I walked in. The service was PERFECT and I will definitely use their services from now on. Trust me, I've been to many spas around the city and this is by far the best I've been to!
