Landscapers who listen. We picked them over three other landscapers because they actually listened to what we wanted done in our yard, and they worked with us for a low-maintenance design and within a reasonable budget. They weren't perfect (they didn't always return calls or show exactly as scheduled), but we're happy with the end result.
