Thank you for doing everything you could for Chloe & taking good care of her. I miss her terribly.
Dr. Landoch, thank you so much from the bottom of our hearts for always doing your very best for Rally, even when it meant knowingly or unknowingly putting us on the best path for letting her go. Your care and true concern for our furry baby will always be remembered and appreciated we really wanted to be with you when we let her go, but we couldn't ask her to hold on anymore. We know she's at peace now.
Thanks to all of you, from the bottom of my heart. Nikki could not have had a better team on her side, especially the last few years. Fifteen and a half years of unconditional love in worth its weight in gold.
Again thank you on behalf of Ziggy Martinez! Your entire staff are some of the best people in the world!
I just want to say thank you so much for being so patient with my dog, Riley. She‘s
quite nervous about new places (esp. :vet offices due to bad past experiences), but everyone makes sure to keep Riley calm and our second visit to the ER, Riley seemed to remember me place and even went into the back more willingly than the first time. It's such a relief as an owner to know of great vet practices like yours.
The vets at Golf Rose are very knowledgable and friendly, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. They are great about accomodating last minute appointments, and the 24-hour emergency clinic provides excellent care.
Thank you so much for helping my dog, Princess. She is a Chihuahua. We took her last week. She is doing much, much, better. She was sick for 1 week, and the other hospitals didn't help. But with your help, she got better. Thank you so much for everything.
Today, Kilcher turns 8 years old! Thanks to Dr. Haase and the entire staff at Golf Rose for helping us continue to make these years possible!
This has been a long time coming, but better late then never.....My husband and I adopted a puppy, Miller, from a Chicago humane society a little over a year ago. He was a very energetic puppy that always wanted to play and be around everyone. A couple of days after we got him, however, he started acting very lethargic and was throwing up, which immediately scared me. It was like a flashback to when I was younger, my family had adopted a puppy (from the same humane society) and after only having him a week he started having similar symptoms. We thought maybe it was the change in food, but we took him to the vet and they said that he had Parvovirus, which is one of the worst viruses a puppy can contract as it is deadly! Sadly, we lost him after only a couple of days. I DID NOT want to go through that again! Call it paranoia, but the minute Miller started showing the same signs I was searching for a vet to go to (we didn't even have one yet as we had just got him). Thankfully, Golf Rose Animal Hospital came up in my search and I called them right away and told them the situation and they told me to bring him in as soon as possible. The staff was waiting for our arrival and we were taken straight into an exam room. Dr. McClure was the doctor on staff that day and I filled her in on what was going on with Miller. I also mentioned my past experience with the puppy we lost to Parvo when I was younger. Unfortunately, my suspicion was right and Miller had Parvo, I was heart broken and couldn't stop crying. Dr. McClure was amazing and very comforting the whole time. She gave us our options, (1) We could take him back to the Humane Society we got him from to have them treat him for free or (2) Golf Rose could treat him, but it wouldn't be cheap as with this virus you have to be vigorous in treatment, which requires around the clock care usually for 4-7 days. We were confident in Golf Rose and we could really tell they cared and wanted to save Miller so we left him in their hands. I called to check in on him probably 4 times a day and every time I received a detailed update on his progress with no irritation from the staff. About 4 days later Miller was back to his energetic self and we could take him home! We were so happy and thankful we found Golf Rose! I wouldn't think of taking Miller anywhere else! Every time we are there we are welcomed by their AMAZING staff and any questions we have or anything we need they are there to help. I recommend Golf Rose to EVERYONE who has a pet in the area! They have a variety of services and it's great to know your pet is in the best of hands. Miller is now a happy, energetic, 14 month old, which we couldn't imagine life without him! Thank you so much Golf Rose for saving him and continuing to keep him safe by making sure he is healthy
