I had a great time planning my party with these ladies. Very helpful and extremely patient. Very cost efficient for my budget. Pam even through in a few things at no extra charge. I will definitely recommend All Occasion Rentals to all my friends and will be back again for all my events.
BIGGEST SCAMPERS EVER!! DO NOT USE ALL OCCASION RENTALS!! i just had my wedding in August and we used this company and they scam you so much its ridiculous! First we should of checked out their reviews online which we didn't think to do until something already happened (which was that they don't tell you until you have to pay that they have a $100 nonrefundable damage charge that you don't get back even if everything comes back in perfect condition) but every review they had online was bad no one had good service at all and everyone was saying that they all got scammed as well. We rented a lot of stuff from this company but the main problem we had was their dance floor. The venue we had said that their dance floor was way to unsafe bc they didn't tell us before we rented it that it couldn't go on grass without ply wood under it and in my opinion that should of been supplied with the dance floor when we rented it and they should of told us that before we rented it as well. We ended up getting another one from a different company that the wedding had used before us bc they were already there. And after our wedding our venue said that they wont be letting All Occasion Party Rentals have their stuff on their property anymore after this had happened bc they have had so many problems with them before. So we tried to get our money back for the dance floor they rented us that we couldn't even use. Which was practically impossible. we called for probably over 5 weeks just trying to get the owner to refund the money bc every time we called she insisted on having one of her employees come in to sit down and talk with her and my husband bc she was who we talked to on the phone. and then finally today she calls and says she can only give us a $100 of the $335 she owed us bc that employee is on medical leave so she would have to pay her that much to come in to talk with us. Somehow I don't see how that is our problem. I think this was something she could of fixed on her own esp because she was the owner. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone! We also had problems with our linens not being the right sizes for the tables and after we confronted her about this she said "well that's what you ordered" but I'm pretty sure we had no control of what she was putting into her computer! I hope she realizes that she is going to loose a lot more than the $335 she owes us in loosed business and I will make sure to write as many reviews on this company that I can and spread the word about not using them. I Even had a family friend who is starting a catering company in Reno do the catering for my wedding and she said herself she will never be recommending them to anyone.
My girlfriends and I have been talking about doing a monthly game night and being the big mouth I am I decided to host the first one even though I have never hosted an event like this before. I called All Occasion rentals and the ladies in the office showed me my options for games and they actually had a pretty wide selection. So I got the poker table and chairs and a popcorn machine just for fun.
I came to pick up the stuff the day before the party and got my paperwork and when I went to the back to get the items I didn't have to lift a finger. The guys in the back loaded everything up for me and when I came back to return the day after the party, same thing. I didn't even need to get out of my car.
They took care of everything. Needless to say, there has yet to be a game night like the one I threw :) Very happy with the easy convenience of ALL OCCASION RENTALS!!!
Yesterday was my son's 1st birthday so of course we had to have a huge party with lots of family and friends. This was the first time that my husband's family and my family have gotten together as one big family since we got married 3 years ago so it was a BIG DEAL.
My husband and I went to All Occasion Rentals to order tables, chairs, tablecloths, and we even got a fancy bar set up for ONLY $50 and it looked so classy. We both work so I wanted it delivered and set up. I totally understand that it costs more when you have them set it up but then I didn't have to do it. I would not expect that they would just set up the whole event without additional charges. So we paid more to have them set up the tables and bar. It turned out perfectly. All I had to do was send Pam (the manager) a diagram of our backyard and where we wanted everything and then I just left a check under the door mat.
The delivery people came while we were at work on Thursday and by the time we got home everything was set up except for the chairs and linens (I wanted to do that part myself) I did not have to worry about a thing and then when we were all done with the rentals we just laid the stuff up against the garage and the delivery people picked it up Sunday morning without us having to be there which was nice since we were all at breakfast. We weren't stuck waiting around for them to deliver or pick up the rentals. It was so easy.
2 weeks ago my wife's family all decided to come by for a surprise visit on a Saturday. We were totally not expecting all 10 of them so I had no seating for them or anything like that. My wife being the hostess that she is was thrilled to have an excuse to throw a last minute party. I was less than thrilled but you got to keep the wife happy right? So I called a different party company before I called All Occasion Rentals but they were closed. All Occasion Rentals was open but I assumed they were going to be outrageously priced considering it was last minute and a weekend, but I was totally wrong. I placed my order for 2 tables, 15 chairs, tablecloths and napkins. And then Tiffany (the young lady there on weekends) asked me what color linens I wanted. I thought that anything beside black and white were going to be more expensive. I was wrong. So I picked my wife's favorite light blue. (Happy wife, Happy life) Everything was so easy. Tiffany had everything ready by the time I got there and all I had to do was pay and load it up. We got to keep the rentals til Monday which was nice since we could use them for brunch and dinner Sunday too for the same price.
Very reasonably priced and nice people. Convenient.
I hate being pressured into buying something that I don't need or want.
I got married last month and we had a backyard wedding at my grandfather's ranch. All Occasion Rentals was the most affordable so we went with them. We needed a dance floor, along with the tables and chairs and everything like that but the dance floor concerned me most. All Occasion Rentals said that they could deliver and set up the dance floor but it would cost more. We were on a tight budget so a few buddies of mine helped me pick up all the stuff. It all fit in the back of a few trucks, even the dance floor. The lady in the front office told me how the dance floor was supposed to go together so we figured we would give it a try ourselves.
It was so easy to put together, the pieces fit together and then we just had to tighten down the screws. My buddies and I got it done so fast. I was glad Pam (the lady in the office) told me that it would be better for us to just do it ourselves. She could have said that it was going to be so hard to put together and recommend that we pay her more so she could do it but I was glad we had the option to do it ourselves and she didn't pressure us into paying more to do something that only took us a little while to do ourselves.
Everything went off without a hitch and All Occasion Rentals was a big part of that. We also got our tablecloths in the VERY SPECIFIC blue that my wife wanted, without a problem.
Quality Rentals and Service – All Occasion Rentals was the most affordable rental place we found and were the easiest to work with.
I had filled out one of their forms online requesting all the things I needed and received a quick response quote within the hour. Other companies I had filled out a similar form for quoted me extra for permits and other crazy things I did not ask for. This made our rental decision much easier... Also, with me being nervous about doing transactions over the phone due to credit card fraud, my husband and I drove down to the office to make the reservation/deposit and ask any questions we had.
They were extremely nice and efficient about making sure we had everything we needed for the ceremony, coordinating delivery, and pricing - they gave us a discount that I saw on their website newsletter. Their prices were lower than their competitors in the area and they did not nickle and dime us or try to "push" us to rent anything extra.
From what my friends said of their day-of operation, everything went smoothly. Chairs were delivered and setup on time and the truck came at the very end when all the guests had left. We had stayed behind just to check-in to make sure all was well before we headed off. The driver was very courteous and kept a great attitude as we finished up cleaning. A perfect job for a perfect day! :)
Love Them! – I had a very specific color in mind (a magenta orchid color) and was having a difficult time finding it anywhere until I visited All Occasion Rentals.
Their selection was by far the best I'd seen. I must admit that this was one of the last places that I looked because, there are other companys that have their names out there a bit more. (Most of the other places we went to were so overpriced, but mainly didnt seem interested in looking any farther than my wallet.) All Occasion made me feel welcome, like they actually cared what went on the table. They even dressed a table up with my exact linens and ecouraged me to bring in a mock centerpiece, it was a great experience.
I think that whether you are budget minded or have lots to spend on your linens, they very likely have what you are looking for! In addition, Ashley was wonderful to work with and offered great suggestions based on my wedding venue. She did not try to up-sell anything either, but respected my budget.
I found the delivery option very convenient, since I got the linens two days before the wedding and didn't have to worry about it at the last minute. They were very familiar with our wedding venue and reassured us that we would be taken care of.
The linens really added a nice touch of color to the space, and I am so glad I went with this company!
Make this your first stop! – Our daughter's wedding reception was on June 12th 2010.
All Occasion Party Rentals did a fabulous job! They made it easy for us and beautiful for our daughter. Their sugggested ideas for the dance floor, table lay out, choice of chairs, bar, arch, and ,the tables etc were great. The set up allowed and encouraged guests to mingle and enjoy themselves.
The dance floor was the perfect as well, All Occasion came out to our home and set it up under our canopy of trees...after the setup I watched them hand polish it mongram decal in our daughter's wedding colors to apply to the floor, which made is that much more perfect. So many more people danced than expected, we really thought with our crowd it would have been less, but everyone had a ball! The party rocked.
The team who did the set up and take down were polite, fast and efficent. We went out to try and help, but they were done! You can tell that they enjoy what they do and it shows in their company. I highly recommend them!!

Friendly & Stress Free – All Occasion Rentals was a perfect match our Wedding rental needs. They were suggested by our wedding venue, Chism House.
As promised, it was excellent for our wedding. They have a wide selection of linens to choose from. Being on a budget we were able to get everything we needed and still had enough to add table runners and chair sashes for only $1.00 each which helped add that little bit of color I wanted.
We had everything delivered to help reduce the stress of running around to pickup and bring everything back. Their staff was helpful and patient, and allowed me to try about a billion tablecloths on their tables and encouraged me to take pictures which I didnt even think of, and allowed me to call in and change an order later on. I aso came in a few months before the wedding and brought my centerpiece so I could see my final look! My mom and Maid of Honor came along and were very impressed with how easy those gals made everything.
Needless to say, everything was delivered on time (1-day early actually) and picked up the next day. I loved that I did not need to worry about anything, it really helped us alot! i strongly encourage using this place, they are great!
