yum !!! – i LOVE this place !!! the food is fantastic and the prices are great !! i highly reccommend the the dumplings (steamed) and the ginger chicken with broccoli. without a reservation the wait was almost two hours and even WITH a reservation i had to wait 20 min for a table.. but its worth it !

This gussied-up chain bustles with singles and families craving Chinese food favorites. – In Short
Towering twin stallions and carved wood screens add majesty and mystery to this stylish restaurant, where well-dressed patrons sip martinis at the bar and families with children feast around large tables or in spacious booths. The menu gives Chinese classics a contemporary tweak; dishes are artfully presented, with many sauces made tableside by servers. Signature plates include diced chicken wrapped in cool lettuce leaves, orange-peel beef with chili peppers, and wok-fried scallops with lemon sauce.

Avoid main items and stick with soup and spring rolls or AVOID – Ordered take-out and ended up throwing the three main dishes into the trash. The dishes were Orange Beef, Wok-seared Lamb, and Chang's Spare Ribs. The Lamb was totally unrecognizable as looking like lamb or tasting like anything at all, let alone lamb. It was completely tasteless, overcooked, dried out and looked as if it had been sitting for a day or two. We wondered if it was really lamb.

The Orange Beef was also dried out, no sauce to speak of and it looked very unappetizing. It was completely tasteless.

Same with the ribs.

The only saving grace was the Wonton Soup and Hot and Sour Soup, as well as the Harvest Spring Rolls.
