Good food, Bad management. – I must say that I have been coming here for while now and have noticed how the service has greatly decreased over time.
The food is alright. There is a good selection to choose from and if you want a pizza that isn't there just ask the employee working at the pizza bar for the desired type.
Unfortunately, these recent managers that have come here lately seem very hostile towards customers and even towards their own employees, it seems. No smiles, no greetings, no good atmosphere.
If these so called managers could change their bad attitudes, I would definitely give them 3 more stars!
The Nastiest Place I Have EVER Been To – From the moment my family and I stepped through the door our experience was awful. The employee working the register was dirty and rude. The plates and cups were all dirty and the buffet line was un-kept. The whole store was greasy and the tables were nasty as well. I went to the restroom to wash my hands and about fell due to the grease build up on the floor. The food was nasty, cold, and I could not finish my meal due to feeling sick. If we were not meeting a soccer team there for meeting I would have left as soon as I walked through the door. Do not waste your time or hard earned money at this store.
New and improved – From what I hear, the place has been under never management for like 2 yrs and when I go there, I LOVE IT! All the other CiCi's never have any pizzas that look at edible as this one. The staff are nice and even on the times when I went when it was really busy, the staff worked extra hard to get the food out and the dinning room clean. I don't mind driving to this one because I feel like I am getting my money's worth with the customer service and great food that I receive at every visit! I have never been to buffet where the manager walked around and asked "How's everything?" Very impressive!
My son loves it! – We had a wonderful experience at this CiCi's Pizza. The buffet was hot and fresh. The staff was fun and courteous! My son loved it so much, we can drive past without stopping in.
A wide range of flavorful pizza pies--combined with the family-friendly buffet and affordable prices--are this regional chain's cornerstone. – In Short
Cici's first opened in Plano, Texas, in 1985 and has since spread to locations throughout the Southeast and Midwest. Known for its one low, all-you-can eat price, the buffet-style restaurant boasts 16 different types of fresh pizza--from tomato and spinach Alfredo to zesty ham, barbecue and Sicilian deep-dish pies--as well as pasta, salad and desserts. Only 100 percent whole milk mozzarella is used and the sauces and dough are made fresh daily.
I WILL NEVERSTE FOOT ANYWHERE NEAR THAT PLACE AGAIN – It was 6:30 with a few people in the restaurant and no one seemed to be working. It was GROSS. The employees were soo mean. They seemed as if they were is a huge rush when there was no one behind me. The salad bar was not cleaned up in the slightest. There were only a few pieces of salad in the bowl and they were rusted. NASTY. They employees seemed more involved with each other then making the place look DECENT. I will never eat there again.
Not Worth $3 – It might be cheap, but there is a reason. I thought it was horrible. They are slow bringing out any new pies. My son waited at least 10 min. for them to bring out a pepperoni pie. There isn't any variety, they have several different pizzas but that's it. And the worst part is there employees cut in front of you to get there food. I guess they were on a break. Doesn't the customer come first?
