Horrible service all around the office is unprofessional and has dogs running around in it, no one there even knows what you're talking about because they have never even seen the properties the manage so, it's impossible to explain any property issues to them, they take forever to get back to you and many times you have to call them back multiple times before your issue is taken care of, the property maintenance contractors i.e. landscaping/snow removal do horrible work yet, they still have the contract after several complaints from multiple people about them, they have lost records of association fee payments even though they have cashed your check, violation letters and fines are sent out without any proof of any offence or, letters are sent to the wrong home owner for an offence a neighbor has committed, rules and regulations are not enforced consistently and are often selective when they are, they will send their lawyers after you to fix things that clearly fall under the responsibility of the association to fix and have been fixed by them in the past. This is just a short list of what wrong with this company and is the last place you should look to manage your property.
This company does not permit its paying clients to communicate with them. You are required to telephone, write a paper letter or go to their office with a problem.
Most Incompetent Agency Ever – Unbelievably rude and incompetent people work for this agency.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY – I have personally dealt with all of the same issues that everyone has stated. It's sad that this company is still being allowed to operate in this manor. I strongly encourage everyone to file a complaint with the BBB. As well as writing reviews on any website that advertises for them as well.
DONT KNOW HOW TO TREAT PEOPLE – Too bad I can't give negative stars. As someone who has served on a board and dealt direcly with NCM I can tell you they are horrible. They are a bunch of classless individuals who act like they are doing you a FAVOR by servicing your needs instead of doing a job they are being PAID to do. Very unprofessional. They also like to fall back on their lawyer when it comes to situations and act like he KNOWS ALL the laws. Friends of mine have them as well and I've heard since they took over from their last management company things have gone downhill. The only reason they get the business they do is because of they LOWER THAN LOW fees per unit. This company isn't fit to run a trailer park!
Love and Hate – I personally love how owners love to blame the management company. I have been on the Board of Directors for our association for years. I have met with many owners regarding issues and they want to bash and blame the management company - and then I explain to them that they don't do anything without board approval. I guess the interent is a good place for owners to hide behind a fake name to say negative things. I also love how owners will complain about alot of things but when comes to voting for board members or being involved in the association and attend meetings nobody shows or wants to do anything.
Alot of people will complain and complain but when the board or management do things that make them happy or right no one will say thank you job well done. Always negative.
And you want to talk negative about a mangment company you should try the one out that our association just left - they didn't pay our electric bill for 6 months and it got shut off work orders were never done. The accounting was all incorrect charging owners late charges for no reason and the wroing amount. We have been through a 2 companys in the past 3 years and the staff at Nemanich is taking the time to audit each owners account and correct them.
I am just tired of reading all the negative crap on here.
Stupid, Dumb , Lazy, Ignorant – May be the worst management company I have ever seen.
Verbally abusive at work and board meetings. Incompetent with there own contract. They don't even understand the terms/definitions that they use in it. Incomplete bookkeeping. Only send out invoices when they feel like it.
What a joke. Any good review out there was probably written by them. Changed there name to cover up all the bad reviews of the past. Stupid, Dumb, Lazy, Ignorant. DO NOT USE THIS FIRM!
Not good! – This management company makes a LOT of mistakes, and then, when it is pointed out to them, they become very combative. They do not know how to treat people. There are a lot of really good management companies out there. This is not one of them. Steer clear!
Totally unreliable!! – This company is so irresponsible paying association bills,returning phone calls and they say that bills that they are responsible for are lost in the mail, thus a late fee billed to the asssociation. Do not entrust this company with managing your association or you will regret it! :(
The Worst Property Management Company – Nemanich Consulting and Mgt company has an easy job. Collect annual dues and cut and maintain the grass in the common areas.
They send out the annual invoices late and charge you a late fee because there incompetent. For example, I received my annual invoice in March and paid it in April. The next invoice I received from them was in August with a late fee of $65 dollars because my bill was due at the end of January. Nice. When I called to discuss this with them, they were very rude and combative. They told me if I did not pay the late fee right away they were going to put a lien on my house. - Great customer service!!!
I agree with the other poster that their landscaper totally sucks. Are grass is filled with weeds and grubs, the bushes are all dying because of a fungus and the ponds are full of tall weeds.
Dealing with these morons inspires me to run for the Board so I can fire there asses as soon as the HOA takes over.
The only way I would hire these fools is if I owned a low income trailer park. If you are considering Nemanich Consulting and Management to manage any other type of property, I would strongly advise you to consider another property management company.
