New food items are not alway available. – I have yet to go to this place and they have the new sandwich that I just saw advertised on television. Subway often offers specialty breads but this one only had the usual suspects, white and wheat, when I've gone there. And this has been during the Subway marketing campaigns. Due to the large turnover of employees, I have had to watch closely as my sandwich was constructed because a few poorly trained sandwich makers will put whatever they think is best on your sub. I've been going there on and off since 1998 and I have only gotten the Italian Sub. Like I said, I went for the new sandwiches advertised but came home with the same sub that I have been eating for years. Maybe the problem is the fact that this restaurant is franchised and each owner decides whether he is going with the new product. I have been able to get the specialty subs at other area Subways. Whatever the reason, I have dropped this Subway from my list.
