Terrible Service with Terrible Food - Avoid at all costs!. We went to the Oxford room for my friend's birthday and used coupons from the Entertainment book. The entire evening was one disappointment after another. We were seated in the corner by the waiter's station even though the restaurant was empty. Once we ordered our dinner and appetizer it took 20 mins for the appetizer to arrive. When she brought bread, they were salt sticks. They were tough and tensely salty, so some of the people in my party wanted rolls. When we requested them from our waitress she informed us they were out. Not 5 minutes later we watched our waitress bring a basket of rolls to the table next to us. When our meals came there were more problems. My boyfriend got the completely wrong meal but courteously accepted it to not make a scene. He was informed he would be charged the lower price. My other friend's meal was cold and my Florentine Chicken was dry and flavorless. It was missing any earmark of being "Florentine Chicken." When we received our bills, my boyfriend and I were charged with the wrong, more expenive meals. I will never return to this restaurant and can not believe they are still open if they treat all their guests they way we were treated.
