HORRIBLE moving company. Do NOT go with Eagle Moving...they were scheduled to move my family and did not show up on move day. they never called us to cancel, they just didn't show. when i tried calling them, i could not get ahold of anybody. it really hurt as my entire moveout/movein schedule had to be rearranged. these people don't even have the decency to call and inform us that they won't show. horrible experience, never have i experienced such unprofessionalism.
Worst Experience EVER...Don't go with Eagle!!. My husband and I found this company on Craigslist...we called them, they gave us a quote and we scheduled a date. The day of the move comes and they NEVER showed. When we called them, they said, "Oh, we'll call you right back." They NEVER called, and they refused to answer our calls for the rest of the day. My husband finally found another phone number for them on the internet, and when they answered, they lied and said one of their movers was injured, so they couldn't help us after all. Trust me, they were lying. But, even if they weren't, a phone call to inform us that they wouldn't be there would have been nice. We were really stuck in a jam, becuase we had to be out that day...luckily we found a different moving company who squeezed us in last minute. Do not choose Eagle Moving Co.! You will surely regret it if you do....
Unprofessional moving company, if job doesn't meet their requirements they ignore your calls, avoid like the plague.
This company was actually recommended by my former neighbor to use - had a good experience. However, mine was far from it. Once I scheduled a date and obtained a price I called back about ten times over a two day period - May 15-17 2007. They did not call me back and they were actually screening my calls. I used another phone number and another person just to check. They called that person and then gave vague responses like, "how big is the job, let me send someone around to your property, so I can calculate the job size..." Then they never asked for the property address, so they did not have good intentions.
Overall I wasted two days with this company. They seem to have little to know customer satisfaction - they could have called me back and said, sorry we can't help you on this occasion, but never did.
Don't waste your time on this one.
