Don't Eat Here. This is the first time that I can remember that I never tipped. The service and the food were terrible. I will never go there again.

We waited 40 minutes for our food. I am not exagerating. We asked that the food be cooked well done, it wasn't, we didn't see the waitress for almost 20 minutes and it did not seem that she cared or came to apologize for the food not being served to us in a timely manner.

The food is sub-par along and the way that this diner is managed is shoddy.

I called and complained, but supposedly a regional manager was going to get back to me, they never did.

Eating out, these days, even for breakfast, is a luxury for our family. When we do go out and dine, we expect good service and good food.

You will get neither at Carrows in Hayward.

Don't eat there.
