way better than I was expecting!!!. YAY! I hate going to car service places. I always feel like I have no idea what I'm doing, I'll get ripped off, etc. because I just don't know enough about car maintenance. However, I brought in a list of things I needed done and the guys took care of it. At the end, I was asked if there was anything keeping me from returning. I thought that was pretty neat--it shows they want to keep customers, which oddly, a lot of places don't seem to care about, which blows my mind. They never tried to sell me stuff I didn't want and always opened the door for me, from when I pulled up to when I left. Excellent service = happy return customer.

Livid over Lube. Absolutely never again, and I highly recommend you do the same.

I went to this spot for an oil change out of convenience 2 months ago and I am still LIVID about the experience.

Not only would it have been cheaper for me to drive to Spokane for the same service, but at the premium price I was scammed into paying they were too lazy to top off my liquids (a service that was advertsied to come with my oil change. I was told nothing was empty and sent on my way. Nothing was topped off.) When I pay a high price for something to get done, I want it to be done correctly.

The guy helping me was condesending and rude, the wait time long, and the service incomplete and GROSSLY OVERPRICED.

Jiffy Lube is nothing more than an overpriced scam.

There are more honest, (better priced), local shops that deserve our business and next time I need an oil change I will be sure to give to pay them a visit.

Misleading and Shady. Went to Jiffy Lube with a coupon for a $19.99 oil change. I walked out with a bill for $42.12. They charged a bogus fee of $12.50 and the salesman couldn't give me a clear answer as to what it was for. I tried to speak with Jiffy Lube Customer Service on the phone and couldn't get a clear answer from them either. Skip Jiffy Lube! Go somewhere with honest customer service that values your business!
