"10" All The Way! – We love italian food. We have walk by it many times because we thought it was just a little pizza place. My son and his family eat there all the time and have been telling us how fantastic the food is. He told us the filet is awesome, a perfect med rare. My husband and I decided to trust him and try it and Boy was he right........ Jenni our server made the specials sound so fantastic and delicious... We decided this time to get our favorate traditional italian dishes chicken francese and rigatoni alla vodka and they were great The best italian food we ever had. We were told to finish off with a creme brulle that its the best thing on the planet. Jenni was right, she made our visit very special. We will be back! I called my son and told him he was right. I felt like I was back in Manhattan – You have to come eat here and taste for yourself. Not only are the regular menu items to die for, but the specials...I cant even begin to explain. They are the best. It is like going to a 5 star restaurant, and not having to spend your whole paycheck there!! Everytime I go there, the food is awesome!! I had the salmon wrapped in filo dough the last time I went - oh my god it was so good!! My most favorite dishes are the gnocchi con mozzarella and the veal sorrentino!! Yummy!! Then even though I am always stuffed, I have to get dessert - the creme brulee - go ahead and try one!! It is the best dessert you will ever have!! I mean it!! Everytime I miss NYC, I go to Empire - It is as if I were in a restaurant in the village. Its a quaint little place that has wonderful service, food, and atmosphere. I can keep going on, but you will have to go and see for yourself!! Go enjoy!!
Best Service, Main Entrees and Dessert menu are fabulous! – This restaurant is much more than what we expected. Our server, Jenny was exceptional and informative in discussing our selected entrees, the ingredients used to create them and the chef's daily special! We had the soup de jour which was an Egg Drop/Asparagus Tip/Roasted Red Pepper concoction--and was superb! The Linguini with Red Sauce was overflowing with clams and the portion size was more than enough for an extra "meal-to-go". My husband thoroughly enjoyed the Shrimp Scampi. The lemon/garlic sauce, the size of the shrimp and the amount used in the dish was quite impressive. Jenny suggested the Creme Brulee for dessert. It was enough to be shared by two and was divine! It is a must have! We met the owner, Sandy who is delightful, very open, friendly and so accommodating. We will certainly become "regulars" and look forward to bringing family members to enjoy the cuisine.
Fabulous!!!! – The food, the service and the ambiance is outrageous!! I cannot have picked a better place to go - A great place for a date - You can get a bottle of wine, and appetizer, two dinners, dessert and coffee for under $65.00. The setting is if you were in a real New York restaurant in Greenwich Village!! The lighting is dim, with beautiful decoratiions of the new york subway, memorable pictures of NY, 911, Yankees, etc. You must see for yourself!! You will make it your once a week place to be - like i said - very reasonable!! You even have a quick bite before your movie starts - its next to the cinema in the oasis at sawgrass mall
very expensive 3.25 to add soup or salad – $3.25 to add soup or salad to already pricey rubbery chicken parmisana dinner $13.25 with no bread or garlic rolls, server was great
User review by bblue207 – Wonderful Dining experience! I highly recommend! The whole family enjoyed!
Brooklyn Boy! – Born and raised in Brooklyn, New York. I have had some great pizza from Lenny's and Lenny and John's in Brooklyn to what will always be the best damn pizza I ever had at pizza city. If you love cheese and I love cheese, Empire pizza makes the best calzone I have evere had. Just make sure you are hungry 'cause once you start you just can't stop!
From a fat boy from Brooklyn, thank you Empire!
