Not recommended – The food is edible I guess, but extremely greasy. The salsa on the other hand is terrible, as is the service!
Only Mexican Restaurant I know of that Delivers – We'd been regular patrons of the Cypress location before we moved both dine in, carry out and delivery, but now we still order on occasion from the Tomball location for delivery. We're very fond of their chicken fajitas. And I really like their queso (it has a little celery in it for crunch). Their Quesadillas and Cheese Enchiladas are also decent. Maybe 10% of the time the chips will be greasy and a bit soft, but since I always get delivery I just heat them up in the toaster oven and they're crispy. Most of the time the chips are amazing and very crisp and delicious. I personally love their guacamole too, and they're always generous with substitutions (where as with p-Sitos you have to pay with your first born for a side of cheese or sour cream whether or not you want your beans and rice). p-Sitos food is better all around. But Del Pueblo is the only mexican restaurant I know that will bring your order to your door. The fajitas are quite tasty, (though when you refridgerate the flour tortillas you'll see they seem to be pretty high in fat) the meat high quality quite breast meat without gristle and I always get decent portions of the sides I want at no extra charge, and their pricing is fair and I've never had a long wait.
Room For Improvement – We went to Del Pueblo for dinner on the recommendation of a friend. We were seated promptly and courteously. Our table had a brisk draft of cold air blowing on it which made it uncomfortable to eat our food. The waitress did turn down the air once we complained about this. We ordered a variety of food, from chili con queso, nachos, and a couple different dinners. The chips had the taste of being soaked in grease and the guacamole had a strange tang to it. Eating the queso was not too enjoyable due to the greasy chips. The dinners were good, the presentation was good, but the overall flavor was average. Although this restaurant came to us as a recommendation from a friend, I will not return a second time.
