don't try to clean the apt when you move out. they don't require too much of security desposit but don't expect to get it back at the end of lease either. I hired a maid to clean the apt when I moved out but they still charged me for general cleaning, carpet cleaning, painting, etc. Therefore, I had to pay additional money instead of getting my deposit back. I regret hiring a maid to clean the apt since it turned out to be just extra cost.
