Don't go here. A previous bad experience here had prevented me from visiting for about a year but today I decided to give it another shot. Not again! I ordered a roll 'Hot & Crunchy' (tempura fried) which is an option listed on the menu. It was obvious they did not want to make it and asked me repeatedly if I was willing to wait for 20 minutes. I knew I would have to wait so no big deal. Well, it wasn't worth the wait. They put almost three times the tempura then needed; it had a cake like texture not to mention it was burnt! Gross. Come on - if you aren't willing to able to make something then don't put it on the menu! I have been to other Rice N Roll locations frequently (Issaquah) and never had a problem but this one is not worth a visit.
