Limited selection = a wasted trip.
They don't carry most brands of hair color, so if you use anything besides Wella, go elsewhere.
I went in looking for Clairol--one of the most common brands of haircolor out there, for crying out loud--and they don't carry it. Nor do they stock L'Oreal.
Best accidental find!. I can't believe I missed the salon before in back of this beauty store! I saw Erica to fix my color and ended updating my hair cut too. I was desperate after a horrible disaster at home. She taught me about what happened and it made sense. I love my new look ...I am devoted and love my new find...Erica!
poor buisiness ethic. I recently tried calling for a former stylist who was fabulous at his art. Four times I was told he was not there and had no idea where he was. The fifth time the person answering the phone hesitated and told me under her breath where he had gone. The only reason that I would get my hair done there was for him, not for the name itself. It's a shame he wasn't appreciated for all his hard work and efforts and it's a loss for the salon.
Great Selection. I really have enjoyed my visits to Beauty Works, I have found the staff to be polite, friendly and helpful. It is also nice that it is a salon as well and I have started getting my waxing services done there. They also carry Dermalogica which is so difficult to find and I cannot live without. Finally a place where I can get all my favorite products.
