Reasonable – This is my first time to Spa Mandalay. I'm happy because they gave me a special treatment and the price is very reasonable.

Oh boy was this bad .... – I travel a lot and used to LOVE this place. I returned recently and was so disappointed. Not only had my favorite front clerk gone (no wonder why) but I was treated so rudely. There is a girl, if you can call her that, that claimed she was supervisor when I asked to talk to someone about the rudeness. This masculine lady might as well have told me "too bad too sad". She had her foot on something behind the desk and was leaning, so there was a view of her face and her crotch. THIS IS PROFESSIONAL? The ladies inside were and are as nice as they are always. My massage was a dream but then again I've had the same guy every time I've gone. On my way out I was getting my things together and could hear the receptionists talking. Words like, nipples and p*%$ and something about touch my butt were being said. I noticed the tall evil man like girl had gone so I tried again to ask for a manager. The same voice that I had heard talking very inappropriately speaks and says she is the supervisor. GREAT! She's obviously part of the problem. There used to be a heavier set girl that wore glasses and listened and even if there was nothing she could do she made you feel like you were welcome back. When I told her the situation with her receptionist earlier she basically talked to me like a child and said that's unfortunate and was offered a pass to come back the next day. Um I don't want to come back and treated like a criminal just to check in. I took it and figured I could use the gym the next morning. Next morning I went to use the gym and was basically interrogated about where I had gotten the pass. RUDE, NOT RELAXING ANYMORE. Will be going to spa at the PALMS or C's Palace, they run tight ships make you feel welcome and very warm.

Not as impressive as I'd expect – The spa was nice, the pools were pretty, and locker rooms were good size. I felt a bit like I was just another number - my therapist was late and didn't apologize, and i didn't like having to put down the gratuity on the sales slip in the treatment room. I got the Nirvana treatment and it was done well and very relaxing.

The Unspa – Fair warning. The facility is very nice, too bad the operations are poor. If you're an experienced spa goer this is not the place to go. In the men's "relaxation" area be prepared for two blaring TVs, bombarding you with commercials ( yes, you are paying to listen to commercials ! ) Plus, the added bonus of loud employees complaining about their lives is about as un-spa as you can get. If I spend $330 /w tip for two services (facial+ massage+tips)-I don't expect to hear a peep. The women's area by contrast does have a quiet room, so my wife tells me. The showers in the mens room are pathetic with Home Depot grade fixtures. They do have a very nice steam room however-they got this right. After pick up from the relax area, the therapist could not find the right room, get a clue folks. A spa experience is supposed to be choreographed and seamless. The extra bonus of cold hands and unheated oil were surprising.

At the end of your services, a moment of great relaxation, be prepared to do math ! They will leave your bill in the treatment room and expect a sign off. Suggest paying/tipping ahead of time to save yourself from this bizzare annoyance. My wife and I were both amazed by this. At a well run spa, at the end of a treatment you can expect someone to hand you water as you exit the room and to quietly ease you back to reality as you go back to the locker area, to continue the relaxation. At a good spa, when you're done with all services and amenites, then you pay.

The Bathhouse (same operator) or Canyon Ranch are much better experiences.

We wasted $600+ at Mandalay Spa.

A Spa Beyond Compare -- The most relaxing and aesthetically pleasing spa in Las Vegas – Spa Mandalay is absolutely THE premiere spa in Las Vegas ? period. I state this with the utmost confidence because my husband and I have been frequenting Las Vegas? spas, restaurants, and shows for over 15 years now, sometimes going as often as every two months, and we?ve stayed at every high-end / major resort on the Strip. No one comes close, not even its younger cousin the Bathhouse at THEHotel. I highly recommend spending at least one to two hours there on your last day before heading home. As you head over to the spa, bring along your toiletry / make-up kit and stow it away in the locker provided. Now, after you?ve changed into your bikini and plush terry robe, grab a complimentary bottle of water and a wonderfully refreshing iced towel and prepare to relax in the phenomenal eucalyptus-scented steam room. Go visit the sauna for a few moments and then get another bottled water as you head over to cool down in the gorgeous hot, warm, and cold pools. Flip through a magazine or two poolside and then go back and repeat your favorite steps. Once you?re ready to start the departure process, go and pick a shower from all of the scents labeled in each one of the amazing shower rooms. Each room is stocked with different scents (the shampoo, conditioner, and bath gel are all scent-coordinated), so be picky and get what you want. Dawdle as long as you wish and then go back to your locker to pick up your toiletry / make-up kit and head over to the area with the vanities. Here you can relax as you dry and style your hair, apply your make-up, and get ready to go home wonderfully relaxed and with a true spa send-off. I have no doubt that you won't want to leave this incredible and truly beautiful paradise, but I promise that you will do so in a wonderfully rejuvenated and relaxed state. Enjoy!

Lovely bath area – The pool/bath area is what makes this such an enjoyable experience. Before and after treatments, it is an enjoyable way to spend time away from the hustle and bustle. Lovely.

Mandalay Bay's spa offers upscale services in an elegant and understated environment. – In Short
The posh spa is centered around a 30-foot-long tiered fountain, which empties into narrow whirlpools where patrons soak. Nearby, a large eucalyptus-scented steam room provides ample room for lounging. Services include a variety of massages and skin treatments using orange peel, green tea, volcanic mud or crushed grape seeds. Before or after treatments, spa guests may use the deluxe fitness center, where floor-to-ceiling windows overlook the hotel's lagoon.

A great end to any Vegas vacation. – I went to Spa Mandalay for their Hot Stone Massage and it was well worth the $145. Two of my friends went with me and also received massages. We lazed in the hot, warm and cool pools, spent some time in the wonderfully eucalyptus scented steam room, snacked on muffins, juice and water and enjoyed the great showers. Spa Manadalay is recommended to anyone looking to relax from their Vegas vacation before returning home.

Our stop in here was a big plus to our trip! – Our massages and facials were superb and professional. The added benefit of the steam room, sauna and hot/cold tubs took our experience over the top. The layout of the facility can be a little confusing until you know where you're going, but the staff is very attentive to the customers and in ensuring that the facility is impeccably clean and all your needs are met. The unfortunate suprise we received when we got home was to discover that our credit cards had been double charged! A phone call to the management quickly cleared up that mistake. Still a great experience not to be missed!
