Kick Butt Cardio Classes!. I got into Miami Beach for a month long project and was told by a friend to check out Energy Fitness. Energy is a boutique style Health Club with excellent service, good amenities and great spinning classes! The music the instructors choose for Spinning is so good that the class just flies by. Highly recommended!
Great environment. This gym is pretty tiny but its really nice. The classes are unbeatable. The gym manager here "Robin" really cares about this gym and it shows. The windows let in plenty of light and there is a great view of the park/bay to work out to. Sometimes parking can be tough, especially in the afternoon. The biggest drawback to this gym is that it's so small, but sometimes that isn't a bad thing.
