I go to Buca's with my mom at least once a month. I also had 2 birthdays there. I always sit in the bar area, because they have 2 large round booths, and just a few tables. Its more calming in there, because the other rooms tend to be noisey and too many people. One of the managers is very nice, and he always takes care of us.The dishes that I reccommend are
*Pan Fried mozzarella & Garlic Bread (appetizers)
*Fettuccine Supremo( we always get the large of this, because we take home the leftovers for my dad, and he loves it!)
*Linguine Frutti di Mare( if you like a lot of seafood)
Great place for a group!. We absolutely LOVE the Buca restaurant in Birmingham. We've been there several times and the food and service never disappoints. Everything's good: salad, baked ravioli, chicken marsala, tiramisu, breads, etc! The environment is fun and you can be yourself. I like this location better than the M-59 location.
Over rated Italian Food. We had a chicken parmiagana and it had so much cheese. It was awfully done. Calamari was burnt. We will never come back.
Awesome fun place. Awesome made from scratch Italian. Had my birthday party there. Everyone was incredibly friendly. The chicken marsala was the best I have ever tasted. Went back on a date and there small portion was perfect for the two of us. Always a great time
Big Food. Come here only with a BIG GROUP! Too much food for us mortals! Great Value with 10 people, otherwise, you're taking home a week's grocerys. Garlic on everything
