It was a really awesome experience. Everyone was helpful. While all options were explained, we never felt pressure to purchase anything we weren't interested in. That was huge to me. We were not there for hours haggling over options/extras. Best car buying experience we've had.
Salesperson a pleasure – The salesperson was an excellent individual. He was a pleasure. More importantly, he knows, cares, and shows his fullest potential.
I drove out to Continental Toyota on 9/3/2009 to purchase a 2008 Corolla I saw online. When I saw the car, I realized that the color (white) was not for me. My salesperson Mickey was understanding and did not try to pressure me to buy this car. There was no "what if I can save you a little, would you buy it" or anything like that. Instead he showed me a brand new 2010 Corolla in red, told me all the improvements they made in the 2009 model year, and that there was 0% financing on the 2010. He was very knowledgable, gave me a great price (even though it was the only Corolla in stock), and truly seemed to want my business. All of the people in the dealership seemed friendly...many came to say hello and asked if I was being helped out. The salesmanager (Joe)did not hide from me, he introduced himself right away, and then he must have ok'd the price I wanted which was fair. I know the dealership is in business to make money, but I received a nice discount, and was very happy! I will drive 24 miles to bring back my Corolla for service even though there are 3 or 4 dealerships closer! The store is brand new and is beautiful. I HIGHLY recommend this dealership...call and ask for Mickey, he's the best!
Knowledgeable to the max – Antoinette was an excellent salesperson. We were there just to ask questions, she took her
time, answered them. Then when we bought the car she checked in with us to be sure we
liked it. Then even took time to go out again and help me drive the Prius correctly so that
we get the best possible gas mileage. Very nice and kind person. Knowledgeable to the
max. I will recommend this dealership.

Fantastic – I just purchased a new 2010 Camry XLE from Ken and Bill and I couldn't be happier. They were both extremely professional, friendly and absolutely wonderful to deal with. Top notch customer service. I drove 470 miles (round trip) to purchase this car from them and would go there again in a heart-beat. Extraordinary help – Joe did an exceptional job listening to what kind of car I was looking for and explaining all important aspects of the car. He was an extraordinary negotiator for my needs. Every question was carefully listened to and Joe delivered on every point. He went out of his way to personally make sure I was happy.
Overall the salesman made the difference…I looked at two other brands, both nice cars, but because I was in no particular hurry only Jim kept me for the three months it took me to decide.
It is easily the nicest, cleanest and most professional service department that I have ever seen in my 20+ years of driving.
