Everyone at Chance Transmissions was great. The staff was very nice and provided excellent customer serivce. I was very happy with the work they did on my car. Thank you. I will refer to others.
I really appreciate you working me in and getting the job done. I will definitely refer Chance Transmissions to friends and family.
No hidden charges, to the penny on your quotes. Honest pricing
Free diagnostics! The only place in town that offers this for free when other companies charge $80. They diagnosed my car and then I was able to get a fair assessment at the job that needed to be address. It made me feel at ease.
The whole shop is run by people who have been there for ten or more years and they are always versed in the problem
Thanks so much for getting me back on the road. My car was out due to my transmission that needed to be replaced which was more money than I thought I had. They were able to diagnose the problem and fix
Words can't express my sincere gratitude. I knew as soon as we had the car problem I wanted to return for help and you certainly proved my decision to be correct. I realized you went out of your way to get the work done in a really fast manner and I truly thank you and your staff for going out of your way to do that. What could have been a horrible ordeal turned into a pleasant process. Your kindness, helpfulness and honesty are so appreciated. Thank you ever so much for helping us be on our way to continue our journey west!!
Brought in my Ford Pickup for repair and you guys put in a new clutch for me. Great work.
I wouldn't even give it one star. We took our son's Jeep in because of problems with 2nd gear and leaking fluid. We recieved a call with an estimate about the leak but they had forgotten to check the gear. On the second call they found a new issue and still forgot to check 2nd gear. I called back to check on it they said they couldn't find a problem with the gear. I insisted there was a problem. When they took it apart they found the problem and another with 5th gear and gave us an estimate. We approved the fix. Several days passed and we called to check on it they informed us when they test drove it they couldn't get it into 4th gear and they had to take it apart again because they put something in wrong. We checked on it the next day and we were told that they "didn't have much time to work on it today because we have been dragging our feet on it" those are the words they used. So the next time we called they said they were having problems with reverse. Another mistake on their part so they had to take it back out. That makes 3 times they had to tear the transmission apart. I wouldn't say they got it right the first time or even the second. And make sure you get a written estimate because after all the problems and with them having the Jeep a week longer than was planned they charged us $100 more than we were told. We will not be returning.
In 2011 I had my 2002 Mitsubishi transmission rebuilt at Chance Transmission. I was very happy with the communication and the work. The car ran great after having this done.
