Best hair colorist in town !!. I love going to Gretel. She always does a good job on my hair. I am aware they have moved from their location on Saltzman. She is now on Hall St at the Jet Salon pass the Hall Street grill. I miss the last location it was so close to my house. However, I'm loving the new location. It is big and airy and lot's of natural light. I totally recommend her for all of your haircare needs. She is my number one color specialist!

Gossip. I went in to have hilights done, and all they did was gossip and talk about ex employees and customers. One lady had her hair done, and after she left they started talking about her! Totally unprofessional.

Wonderful salon!!. My husband purchased a gift certificate for my birthday. I had a haircut/color, European facial and waxing services. I absolutely love this salon!

The staff was very professional, talented and the prices were reasonable.

I am definitely a returning customer and have already scheduled my next appointments! Thank you!

Drama. I went to the so called "spa" for a day of pampering and was unable to relax...the walls are so thin that while you are getting a massage or a facial you can hear all that is going on, and the owner talks so loud and so trashy I couldn't relax at all..I heard her talking about previous employees (gossiping in a negative context) with her clientele, and basically made the entire experience sour for me. this is not a spa, it is a hair neighborhood hair salon claiming to be a spa but with no spa essence...the place is a joke. If your in for gossip go, otherwise beware.

A returning customer.... I am a returning customer after finding Enchante on citysearch. I was so pleased with the salon updates and redecoration and well as the positive and welcoming attitude of all the employees. I yet again, felt completely relaxed and pampered. It is so nice to be welcomed into a salon and receive such GREAT services! The spa package was well worth the pampering that I needed and to relax me from my stressful work.

Great Salon!. Purchased a gift certificate for my wife and she was very happy. She's a regular at Enchante' and has always appreciated the staff's courteous, professional attitudes. Very talented staff!

Worst Experience Ever. I purchased a package for my wife's birthday. She scheduled - they cancelled an hour before her appointment. We rescheduled for two weeks later and showed up on time. The staff kept saying it'll be just a few more minutes (for 40 minutes). They knew how long it would be but wouldn't tell her. Finally after 45 minutes, she became more insistent on knowing the wait time and they were very rude and told her if she didn't like it, she could leave. So she did. Turns out they put a "regular" in her slot and expected her to wait an hour.

I called to find out what happened. The owner was extremely rude and hung up on me. Poor quality service is understandable. Blatant rudeness and "I don't care about your business" attitude is never acceptable. We give them 4 thumbs down and only wish we had more thumbs.

Out of business. This salon is now out of business as the owner ran it into the ground and didn't care about her employees or her clients.

good service - could be spiffed up a bit. I've gotten a few pedicures here and the service has always been excellent. Gretel is great. They need to redecorate their pedicure area - it's getting kind of dumpy and looks unkept. It's pretty unorganized and doesn't look as clean and relaxing as you would like spa to be. They also need to add another full size massage chair so that two friends can do pedi's side-by-side. Also, be prepared to wait, seems like 50% of the time they are behind.

Great Place for a Bridal Shower!. We had a bridal shower there for my new sister-in-law and we all had a great time! We all were able to schedule the services we wanted and the staff put up tables for us in the back room and let us bring food and wine to create a real party atmosphere. It was so much fun we plan on getting together again as a group and having a spa day!
