I had a wonderful first experience. The front desk is very nice and pleasant. The dental assistant I had was extremely thorough about everything what was going to happen during my visit. The doctor came in promptly to talk with me. I've been complaining of my wisdom tooth (bottom left) and the pain wouldn't subside. I'm four months pregnant and got the okay from my OB-GYN to get x-rays done and specific medicine for pain. However, the doctor recommended I take a safe during pregnancy anti biotic and to get a cleaning done to avoid X-rays and to try to manage pain before even doing an Xray because he could see the tooth poking through and you can tell it's clearly impacted by the way it's growing. (I've also had confirmation years ago they were impacted before they were close to coming out) anyway, they scheduled me a cleaning within 10 minutes, and also gave me the prescription antibiotic. I have to say the pain in near to none. The hygienist was thorough, pleasant. And I'm completely satisfied with my cleaning. I will continue to go back and I trust the doctor because of how resilient he was on taking X-rays. He told me the only way I should take an X-ray in this case is if the pain is unmanageable and the wisdom tooth becomes a health threat (infections) because at that point they will need to extract. I most definitely recommend.
I had such a great visit @ Aspen Dental in Woburn. From the front desk, Maria was very nice and helpful, she helped with me with getting my insurance info settled in a timely manner. The dental assistant took her time to explain in detail what we were going to do. Dr Stolk was wonderful and told me exactly how we were going to get my mouth healthy since I haven't been to the dentist in years. Finally I met the office manager, Krissy, she was very attentive and listened to what my needs and priorities were and got me the right plan so we could get started and fit me in right away. I'm very thankful I went to visit their office and now I am looking forward to getting my work completed!

Very clean and professional. I was impressed with all the staff from the front desk, dentist, to the billing department. They take my insurance and make sure you are aware up front of all your cost. Would highly recommend this dentist.
Friendly Dental Office I felt at home – After a year of having a chipped tooth, I saw a commercial for Aspen Dental and found it very intreging that they did financing. So I called that day and found myself in their chair the following day. The thing that amazed me is that they took me right in at a very convenient time and did x-rays and check up all my teeth, on the house.
The following week I had my first cleaning in 7 months and fixed that tooth I've been wanting to fix for months. And at the end I'm making interest free, monthly payments that are reasonable.

Aspen Dental Review – My first visit to Aspen Dental in Woburn, MA was a pleasant experience. Rihanna, the dental hygienest, was very presice and thorough. I had a set of x-rays taken and a full cleaning done. She also instructed me on how to properly brush based on the scope of my mouth.
I found the office staff to be quite friendly, and when going back a second time for my cavity filling, gave me important updates about my dental insurance.
My experience at Aspen Dental in Woburn has been the best dental visit I've had yet. I look forward to the exceptional service and care in future visits.
Great experience!! – I love the aspen team and Dr Thompson, I had them do my whole mouth.
Caring team always made appointments always returned emergency phone calls and always prompt.

I will choose them always! Cheryl
lousy service, bad dentists, great cleaning job – Never again I will use Aspen Dental service in my life, nor my family. Recently I had my wisdom teeth extracted. For 6 month now this dentist office can?t resolve bill issue with my insurance company ($875 vs. $176), and now I am being sent to collections. First Aspen Dental sent x-rays to my insurance without a date, and now they wouldn?t send dated x-rays, which are required to resolve this dispute. How hard is that? I called every week to Woburn office for about 3 months, main office, came to talk in person. Nobody is helping me. In Woburn office they say they don?t deal with bills. Main office promises to send x-rays, but they don?t. I feel that something criminal is going on, they are lying to my insurance about the procedure and that?s why they wouldn?t send x-rays. According to this Aspen Dental x-rays I had 5 cavities, but when I went to another doctor to treat them he couldn?t see any (that is without x-rays, but last year I had x-rays done at this office and I was told I had 3 cavities. I had bad experience a year before at this office and went to another doctor to treat my 3 cavities. He did new x-rays and they were fine). I thought my first bad experience at Aspen Dental first year was accidental (after the doctor did my filling, my tooth hurt, and I had to come back 2 times ? the result instead of a small cavity (I had no idea about, it didn?t hurt) I have now 1/3 of my tooth gone, it is replaced with ugly silver filling, because she had to get read of hurtful white one. The only reason I came back to this office, because they do fantastic cleaning job. But I don?t trust their doctors anymore. I have to find a lawyer now, because if turns out I don?t have cavities and they were lying about my wisdom teeth, saying they were impacted which they were not, it should be easy enough to prove with x-rays.
