Yuk! – This is the very first uncomplimentary review I have ever submitted about a restaurant. Where to begin? How about the dried out fried rice that even power lubrication could not save. Or the shrimp with cashews in garlic sauce, perhaps better called dessicated sea food particles with gravel in hot pepper mush. We ordered delivery to a downtown hotel. Next morning the housekeeping staff must have been disgusted when carting off the uneaten food(?) which filled the waste container. Do not patronize this establishment. After placing the phone order my wife said that the party she had contacted seemed incompetent, and she questioned what would be delivered. She was right.
OMG! This place is disgusting.....i think just ate a cat! please god do not order from this horid place....its like eating chicken fried with a very special yak sauce. – In addition to the aforementioned, the delivery guy was th greasiest mother f'er ive ever seen. I think he dripped sweat into the food to be honest. I got so sick after eating here that my life flashed before my eyes. These guys mean more to the abbreviation MSG than Madison square garden in new york. If you have a death wish then go ahead and eat at this restaurant.
VERY good delivery service – Shanghai Express is very good. The delivery service is extraordinary. The food is a little better than average for Chinese food. Delivery is very fast. Only negative: the fried rice available with meals, is just white rice fried in soy sauce. No vegetables, no meat, so on. Other than that, I would definately reccommend this restaurant.
User review by gfdolphi – yea this food can be good if youre drunk and nowhere else is open but the sauces are like oil and ketchup... seriously there is a half an inch of oil in the bottom of my eggplant. the eggroll is pretty inedible and the general tsos chicken is kinda soggy. but i may still order again
