Tuxedos Outlet Review – Hi. My name is Margaret Millan. I don't normally write reviews on retail establishments but felt like I need to share. My son Aaron recently rented a tuxedo from Tuxedo Outlet on TrailLake Dr in Fort Worth and we were expecting it to be difficult. We recently shopped 2 other tuxedos shops and didn't really find what we were looking for or enough information to make a good choice. There were a few employees there and they all were helpful. We spent a lot of time looking at a catalog and were offered to see it in person, to my surprise, the other shops didn't have that luxury. My son was undecided when we got there but we left with a perfect choice for his prom. On the day we were to pick it up it was awesome. The staff help my son dress and took pictures and explained everything the whole time. They had a store full of other clients but they seemed to be pros in giving individual treatment. I would recommend this establishment to any and all my friends. What a great ending to my son's senior year.
Thank you Tuxedo Outlet we won't forget you!
very rude lady – i was a chambelan in one of my friends quincenarea and we had to rent a tuxedo at this place. she said we would hav to get fitted and so my friend who was also in the quincenarea picked me up and we went. on arriving the lady at the front desk gave us and ugly face, we told her we were here to get fitted. she was so RUDE! and very agressive at measuring us too. she never lukd us in the face when she was talking to us either.i go a day before the quince and the tuxedo is ready so i ask to try it on and she says "im the only one here right now i cant to everything!" i was like what the hell i just asked a question. the suit smelled bad and my neck line was way to tight. wen we all got in the lumo on the day of the quincenara all of us guys were talking about how rude the lady was and we had sum pretty funny stoires. and to top it all of, all of our neck line were to tight we couldnt freakin breath. this place is okay but i wouldnt recomend it.
I would never suggest this place – I just recently went to Tuxedo Outlet, I drove over an hour to get there. When I got there the lady at the desk was VERY unfriendly. She was very rude and didnt care. As we got started she told me the prices of everything. Which might I add I have called them multiple times asking when we needed to come in to get my fiance and his groomsmen fitted.. I am getting married and I called two weeks ahead of time asking if there was a specific day they all needed to come in. She proceeded to tell me no, they have everything they need in the store. I could have gone to Mens Wearhouse and would have had better service, but since she told me anyday i could go in i chose there. BIG MISTAKE! . So I brought them in 5 days prior to the wedding. She had told me over the phone all the prices and I specifically asked her how much everything was. She in the store told me all different prices. I had calmly explained to her that I drove from an hour away and I had spoke with her on the phone multiple times and she kept confirming the prices and when i needed to come in. She claimed to have NEVER spoke to me. Not only I called them, my mother did too. So as you can imagine i was very upset. The price i was told for everything was 69.99 a person. At the end the end total was 92 dollars. I was very upset. She was yelling at me and I WAS THE CUSTOMER! They did nothing to make my buisness stay. I had 6 guys needed a tux. All I simply wanted was for her to match my price she told me over the phone. She refused.
I would not recomend this place to anyone. You will just get the bad service and be told two different things. Id suggest going somewhere else.
Great customer service, great quality. Affordable. – The only place I would recommend in Fort Worth for formalwear!
In my experience, the customer service was great and the people there acted like they actually wanted to HELP me and not just sell me the cheapest coat on the rack. The tuxedo I received was extremely clean and unworn. It was completely affordable too- unlike the Men's Warehouse down the way, which tries to sell you a basic package for nearly twice the amount. Not worth it.
Tuxedo Outlet is great! You won't be disappointed!
