Horrible horrible horrible!! Funiture WILL not be in when they say!!!!!!! It's been over a month and still NO funiture!!! They keep telling me excuses!!!! I paid in full and have no funiture.
DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING AT THIS STORE!!! the quality of the merchandise is horrible. Thier customer service is horrible and currently we have a suit against them thru BBB. Paid $3420 for a "leather" couch and have not had it for 3 yrs yet and it has fallen apart, the "leather" has rubbed off, one leg just spins, and the cushions are all flat and very uncomfortable. Flexstell made the sofa and has only offered additional stuffing...neither Flexstell nor HiLife cares if you are a repeat customer or not because once you purchase from them you will not go back.
Horrible delivery times and customer service from the weekday Manager Chrystal. I've had to speak with her several times and she always manages to surprise me with gems like "Well it's either the left or right side of the bed". Thanks Chrystal, that really narrowed it down for me.
We ordered over $3500 in furniture from there, and all but 2 pieces were delivered damaged.
Our TV stand was on order for 12 weeks before it was delivered, with some very obvious damages of course. The damages were from them assembling it and not the manufacturer. It has not been 6 more weeks since they delivered the damaged TV stand and when I contacted them this week it turns out they have it in and want to deliver it. When were they going to call me to tell me they had it in? I shouldn't have to check every week to see if they have it yet. In the mean time the TV stand has been stored at my house, they said they would pick it up so it wouldn't be in my living room for 6 weeks but of course they never did.
All their furniture is also pretty shoddy for the price, all of it is made out of particle board and seemed to be of lower quality than the stuff we looked at in the show room.
Overall after 5+ months we still don't have all our furniture, non-existent customer service has been frustrating, and I've had to file a BBB complaint against them to get any sort of progress. I would never buy from them again.
DO NOT EVER PURCHASE FROM HILIFE!!!!
I have had the absolute worst experience with them. I went in looking for mulitple pieces, particularly a couch. Found an amazing couch that I fell in love with, got the sales man to give us 20% off thought I was getting a great deal. I ordered furniture from ashley furniture the very same day. Ashley quoted me an exact time. Hilife, on the other hand tells me 4-6 weeks. at 4 weeks my furniture from ashley is delivered. at 5 weeks I call hilife and they tell me another week, it's still in production. I call in a week, they tell me another two weeks one for production, and another week to ship out. FINE. I wait two more weeks and then call on the friday it should have been in. They tell me its on the truck ready to ship out monday. I ask why not today? they respond that they dont ship out on fridays I call monday and they say it has shipped out and it should be in on wednesday or friday. Friday comes around I call in, yet again, and the GM tells me it just shipped out today. I am irate at this point. I let him have it and tell him this is unacceptable. I wait the whole conversation for him to offer some sort of compensation and no. I get nothing. So I demand to have the delivery charge dropped and lower the price. NO word back on that yet. They are unbelivable and horrible with lying! They tell you one time just to shut you up for the time being and they will keep putting you off! Do not order there. Yes, it's american made products, yes they have nice furniture....but two months later and no couch I don't think it's all worth it! I spent a lot of money on this couch and for them to not care and call me to let me know the status of the couch is shitty. Please give your business to another place. I recommend Ashley furniture. After receiving my furniture from them I got a thank you card with a 50 dollar gift certificate to spend there again. I will never order from hilife again. Save yourself the stress and dissapointment. This couch better last the rest of my life!!!!
The worst customer service ever!!!!!! – I was so excited to order new furniture and thought I had found the place to do it.
They are crooks, and after going against my better judgement, I took the bait! Hook, line and sinker! Do not purchase from them as they still after three and a half weeks have not delivered my product! I paid up front and they keep telling me that they wont argue with me and hang up! Do not ever purchase as they care nothing about the customer and say whatever they can to make the sale!!!! Management to sales will steal your money and laugh as you walk out the door believing you made an honest sale!
Wow, I was mezmorized – We had gone there in search for a living room, and from the minute we walked in we fell in love with this place, the store looks very very nice, it was easy to navigate thru the aisles, the sales people didn't follow us all around the store and they had a great variety of furniture, from contemporary to very victorian to every thing in between. The place was layed out very good, i loved having all the selection to choose from and nobody breathing down my throat. After about an hour we had choose the set we wanted, we bought it and they delivered it in the same day, it really was that simple. i never thought buying furniture could be this easy and fast. After the fast, friendly and great service and Hilife, I want everyone to experience it, definitly two thumbs up guys! And for you all none believers, go try it, you don't know what your missing until you see all the stuff at Hilife
Never again – My boyfriend and I went to looking for a living room set after about an hour, we finally agreed on the one set with the sofa and love seat that both recline. Just before leaving, the store we asked the sales person if the set was in the warehouse, he told us that it would be ready for pick up the next day and we could then go pick it up. The following day much to our surpirse they were giving us the floor model after it had already been layed on, sat on, and played with as far as the reclining mechanism. Might as well have have sold us something that was used ..... Instead we asked for the money back and went else where.

On My top 10 WORST shopping experience! – Rule #1- ALWAYS read the tiny, eeny, weeny, small print on your sales agreement!!!!
Rule #2- The salesmen here will tell you anything to get you to buy their furniture.
Rule #3- Once you have signed your purchase agreement, ALL BETS ARE OFF!
Rule #4- Nothing is ever delivered on time.. Months can go by. You will probably forget what the furniture ever looked like.
Rule #5- Expect Rude, disrespectful customer service if you DARE to ask for satisfaction.
Rule #6- Save yourself the lost money, aggravation, and these stupid rules... Don't shop at HILIFE (LowLife Furniture).
Never Again!! Nothing But Excuses. – You can be like me and spend thousands of dollars on furniture they PROMISE will be delivered on time and then find out its all a lie.
3 weeks delivery turns into 8 weeks... can't cancel your order, but they will take all of your money up front.
No one there cares about anything but making the sale. They certainly don't care if the customer is happy.
