Chef-owner Christine Splichal and husband, Patina's Joachim, merge healthy, seasonal ingredients with sides like sweet pear slaw. Summer swordfish is complemented by cherry tomatoes, olives and artichokes. Winter's ahi tuna layers seared fish with avocado, tomatoes and soya onions. Panna cotta, vanilla bean-flecked custard and mixed berries, is dessert.
