RUN AWAY! FAR FAR AWAY! This establishment should NOT be offering laser hair treatments- We made the mistake of purchasing a "Morgans Deal" and not only did they BURN my daughter and leave her with horrific blisters and potential scars- but the woman who treated her had NO IDEA what she was doing (clearly) and her professionalism was awful. My daughter was screaming in pain and crying from the first zap and she did not stop and gave her horrible advice regarding her treatment. STEER CLEAR OF THIS ESTABLISHMENT! especially for laser hair treatments- they should be shut down for bad practice and being inept.

I used a Groupon for permanent makeup (upper eyeliner). I am very satisfied with Thao's work and she is very nice. Would recommend.

Great place and friendly people – We just moved to the round rock area and I havent had my nails done for a long time. My husband decided to surprise me and took me to this place to try it out for a pedicure and full set. He had called earlier and was very happy with the lady who answered the phone and also read that they were having a customer appreciation special and thought it would be a nice treat for me. I was very happy with the service and they couldnt have been nicer. The price was average for the service and I like that they have alot of services available. I look foward to going back regularly and plan on taking my children to. Thank you to the husband for doing my pedicure and the wife for my nails...Wonderful place...highly recommended...Their will always be unhappy customers but my experience was fantastic.

THE WORST CUSTOMR SERVICE I've EVER HAD. – THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. ME AND MY GIRLFRIEND WENT IN FOR FULL SET, MY FRIEND DIDNT EVEN WASH HER HANDS YET AND MY LADY WAS ALREADY DONE WITH MY NAILS. SHE HAD ANOTHER CUSTOMER WAITING SO SHE RUSHED MY NAILS SO MUCH. WHEN I TOLD HER THAT I DIDNT LIKE THEM SHE SAID THAT THEY HAD TO BE THAT WAY. I ASKED A GENTLEMAN THAT WORKED THERE TO FIX THEM SO WHEN HE DID HE USED A DIFERENT COLOR AND WHEN IT WAS TIMETO PAY THE ORIGINAL LADY THAT WAS DOING MY NAILS CAME OUT AND CHARGED ME FOR ANOTHER NAIL POLISH CHANGE. I DONT MIND PAYING FOR SERVICES BUT WHEN THEY BS ME ITS A PROBLEM.. THE LADY I BELIEVE IS ONE OF THE OWNERS. VERY UNPROFESIONAL AND HAD AWEFUL MANERS...I WOULD NOT RECOMEND ANYBODY TO GET ANYTHING DONE AT THIS SALON.... THEY DESCRIMINATE AGAINST CLIENTS...I BELIEVED THAT CUSTOMER COMES FIRST BUT NOT IN THIS CASE..

Great Service! – I have been going here for several years and the service is very consistent (GREAT) and the people are AWESOME! Thao is very accommodating and somehow always manages to get me in when I need it. She is very willing to work with my schedule. I miss her when she's on vacation, but if needed, the others will always step up and continue that great service.

I highly recommend Nails and Skin to anyone. They're reasonably priced and are open seven days a week. I love when they have their "wine" deals over the holidays. Hope they can do a "Happy Hour" deal soon. That would be fun as well. Love the pedicures - just wish I could afford to do them more frequently.

You won't be sorry!

Great Salon – Great Place to Let the Stress Go with a glass of Wine. Extraordinary Service. I've had massages, pedicures, Shellac Manicure and facials and was extremely happy with all services. The staff is very friendly and they make sure you leave feeling relaxed and pretty. I Love this Place.

Shellac Is Amazing – I tried Shellac after Linh recommended it for my beach trip. It not only survived hours in the salty sea water and chlorinated pool, it remained chip free, and looking great! The only notice of wear after 2 weeks is my nail growth. I would definitely recommend the product, and plan to continue using it myself! Definitely worth the little extra. It even kept a little break in one of my nails together, enough to save me from a very short nail.

Great for Pedicures, expensive, but good - artificial nails not so much – Have been a regular at this salon for over two years ... had to stop utilizing the solar nail service because breakage - reapir cost $5 per nail - peeling and side of nails cracking. I believe this due to technique, inaccurate application. Interstingly enough, the response to problems with breakage was a recommendation to have a manicure and cuticle cut the day prior to the fill.

I have worn Solar Nail products for over 17 years and this is the FIRT place and FIRST time, I experienced this issue. Also, when I asked another employee to give me a cuticle cut and manicure, I was told that cutting my cuticles would result in bleeding and splitting (actually true which is why I do not get this service often) in direct opposition to previous "buy" advice from two other technicians in the shop.

OPI pedicure is best, but expensive nonetheless ... stone pedicure is useless, and regular pedicure is best value for the money.

Recently remodeled ... pedicure thrones w/massage AND the greatest quick drying top coat that requires no time beneath an ultraviolet light !!

Regularly customers are pressed to sign up for one of the may "other" businesses run by the owner, i.e., candles, cruise travel, permanent makeup, eyelash enhancement, alternate power company, etc.

Staff is reasonably friendly once they have seen you several times, good for basic waxing & extremely clean when compared with other local shops.

Great Service – I was a walk-in recently at this salon. Although it was a Saturday morning and the techs were really busy, they were able to accomodate me immediately. I had an OPI pedicure done and it was wonderful. It lasted about an hour and included the best foot and leg massage that I have ever had in any salon, including a fancy day spa in Round Rock. The tech was very gentle and did not hurt or cut me. I am very paranoid about cleanliness, but was happy to see that they immediately clean the equipment and chairs after each customer leaves. I even signed a sanitation sheet showing a log of when my chair had been cleaned and learned that they use the more sanitary pipeless system. It is hard to find nail salons that are using these types of spa chairs.

The only thing that I did not like is that they do not have a price list on the wall. I walked in asking for a pedicure and the tech immediately said, "Oh, you want OPI pedicure right?" I didn't really know what that was and should have asked, but I told her "Yes." At $50.00, this is definitely the most expensive pedicure that I have had since moving here from Dallas. I was a little annoyed that she did not offer me the $30.00 perdicure first or offer me a price list and explanation of each service. But, I definitely should have asked before telling her yes. I just thought it was a little misleading to immediately offer the customer the most expensive peduicure. Other than that, I was 100% satisfied. I will go back for sure.
