Very rude, disrespectful, customer service .... What customer service? They call and state their name and literally demand payment without even seeing if there is a problem that they can help with. They don't offer any assistance, the hiring criteria must not be hard to pass if they are this rude and have such a lack of common sense.
Absolutely horrible customer service. Unprofessional, Unhelpful, Unwilling to cooperate. My car had been in an accident and was totaled. I could no longer continue to afford my car payment so I voluntarily surrendered my car. At the time of the surrender they had told me that I could set up a payment plan to continue paying my car off but at a more affordable rate for me since it was surrendered. They never contacted me with further information of my payment plan, so when I got a late notice in the mail for my original car payment I called and they said that it was a mistake and to disregard the late notice but failed to tell me about setting up the payment plan. I then get a letter in the mail from an ATTORNEY saying A-L FINANICAL was going to sue me for the remainder of my payment wanting it in lump sum of over 11,000. The attorney they have is just as horrible as a-l financial. Every time I had tried to contact him he never returns my calls. I tried cooperating and setting uup a payment plan with the attorney and he failed to follow through and tell me when it'd become in effect. His extremely rude secretary said he'd call me back yet again. THREE MONTHS later I get a notice in the mail for court. This has been one of the worst experiences of my life. When calling both the attorney and a-l financial all I got was attitude, rudeness, and unwillingness to cooperate so I became rude in return. How either are still in business is an absolute mystery to me. If you ever see A-L FINANCIAL as your lean holder seriously don't sign for it. They screw you over completely.
HORRIBLE SERVICE! i had to come in to their office to pay my account CASH since they never received my check, I told them to wait a couple of days and they wouldn't, they said they needed the payment THAT day, I spoke to about three different people that all said they would note in my account NOT to cash the check and what happens two days later? THEY CASHED MY CHECK. Had they waited ONE more day everything would have been fine but they just COULDN'T. I called them and told them i needed that money back in my account since I had ALREADY paid them cash three days prior and they refused to give me my money back. I don't know why they tell people that there's notes in their account when that's absolutely not true. What a joke of a company, I will be refinancing my car ASAP with someone else so I do not have to deal with them anymore they are just a bunch of inadequate workers who do not know how to do their job.
Rude, disrespectful and a step down from extortionists. From the receptionist to the company vice president this is the most base, low class, and unprofessional financial institution I've ever done business with. Apparently they believe funding "high risk " loans allows them to be nasty and flat out lie to their debtors.
I had to hire an attorney to try to deal with them and they were just as nasty to her. The vice president "Imelda" even personally insulted her. At this point, my lawyer's fed up and filing a lawsuit.
If its these people or La Cosa Nostra, choose the mafia!
I REALLY DON'T KNOW WHAT ARE THESE PEOPLE HERE TALKING ABOUT..I GOT A CAR LOAN HERE SEPTEMBER 2009. AND THESE GIRLS HERE WERE SO GREAT WITH ME ...I MADE MY PAYMENTS ON TIME AND TOWARDS THE END OF MY LOAND, I STRUGGLED WITH MY PAYMENTS BUT I WANT TO THANK ADRIANNA SPECIALLY BECAUSE SHE IS A GREAT PERSON.. SHE UNDERSTOOD ME COMPLETELY.. BUT ALSO I HAD A GREAT COMMUNICATION WITH HER, IF I WAS GOING TO MAKE MY PAYMENT A LITTLE LATE ,I WOULD ALWAYS CALL HER AND LET HER KNOW THAT. AND NOT ONLY THAT IF I SAID TO HER THAT I WOULD SEND MY PAYMENT WESTERN UNION IN SUCH DAY, I WOULD ALWAYS KEEP MY PROMISED TO HER AND SEND MY PAYMENT TO HER....SO MY TIP HERE IS NOT FOR AL FINANCIAL IS ACTUALLY FOR THE CLIENTS... KEEP IT REAL 100.. AND TRY TO KEEP A BETTER COMMUNICATION WITH THE AL FINANCIAL STAFF AND THESE GIRLS WILL WORK WITH YOU....THAT SIMPLE... KEEP IT REAL AND STOP BLAMING OTHERS FOR YOUR POOR COMMUNICATION SKILLS.....MY LOAN ITS DONE AND MAYBE IN THE FUTURE I WOULD GET ANOTHER LOAN FROM THEM.... I HOPE I'M NOT TO HARD ON ANYBODY... TAKE CARE...
Unprofessional and Unhelpful and Unwilling – My representative is Cynthia, she is very rude to the point where I was so frustrated with the things she was saying that her rudeness made me cry. We have only months left that is due on our vehicle. Every month we have paid them and some months we were late only by days to be harassed by this company. I have never been over 30 days late and yet they still treat their customers who are past due like we don't pay our bills and we are scum. I WILL NEVER LEASE A CAR THROUGH AL FINANCIAL and look forward to the day when our vehicle is paid off. Due to her unprofessional manner I WILL NEVER TAKE THEIR CALLS AGAIN. Before I use to talk to them when I had my previous representative and if I was going to be late but now that's to caller id I will never answer calls from Ontario or blocked numbers because they think they are being fancy when they are being sneaky and trying to harass you constantly. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A LEASE WITH AL FINANCIAL COUNT YOUR BLESSING AND BE AWARE THAT THIS COMPANY IS THE WORST I HAVE DEALT WITH AND ACCORDING TO THE REVIEWS ON THIS PAGE THEY DO NOT HAVE ANY GOOD REVIEWS THAT MUST SAY SOMETHING IN ITSELF! When I am done paying this car off I will re post again my final review, until then THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE!
VERY RUDE COMPANY!!! – I WILL NEVER PURCHASE A CAR THROUGH THIS COMPANY AGAIN I HAD A DEATH IN THE FAMILY AND ONLY NEEDED A EXTRA WEEK TO MAKE PAYMENT ( I ONLY HAVE 3 MONTHS LEFT) AND THEY SAID NO SO I ASKED TO SPEAK WITH THE MANAGER AND LUPE WAS EVEN RUDER. PLEASE I ADVISE YOU NOT TO RENT THROUGH THIS COMPANY!!! I LITERALLY CAN NOT WAIT TO PAY THEM THEIR 3 PAYMENTS SO I DON'T HAVE TO DEAL WITH THEM.
Unprofessional bastards! – I was late 1 time, just 1 time and I explained to them I was having a little difficulty making my payment. You would have thought I was 90 days late! Lupe treated me like crap! I told her I`m 2 days late, you will have it at the end of the week. She said were going to repo your car, why did you buy the car if you knew you couldn`t afford it! And she went on and on ranting for about 5 minutes when I had finally heard of enough from this bitch! I told her who the hell do you think you are talking to me like this! Then it was my turn and boy did I give her a taste of her own medicine. She quickly started talking to me like human being, but it was to late. I let her have it myself and sfter that she never gave me anymore problems. With idiots like this at A-L fifnacial you have to go down to their level and defend yourself or else forget it man! I have bad credit because of my divorce, but once I clear my credit up it`s goodbye A-L financial. I`m not going to keep spending my hard earned money so this comapny can keep this collosal failure of employees working. Even the cashier is a bitch! and lets not mention the supervisors, guess what you guys are employed because we pay your salarys, we with the bad credit people as you like to refer to us. A-holes! Suck on that Lupe!
Definately improving since I have been with them.... – I had to get a loan through this company when I moved back from New York. My ex had ruined my credit and taken everything I had and left me with nothing... This was the only place that would work with me.
For the first few months they were ridiculous... Rude to me on the phone, in person, different people did not seem to know what they were doing... Spoke with everyone from the receptionist to the head of the office, and yes they were ALL not very pleasent.
But lately, as in the past few months, things have slowly began to change. At least over the phone. People treat you like a person, have a warm greeting when answering the phone, and wait for you to finish speaking before they go ahead (one of my biggest pet peeves with them). I have to say they are really turning their office around... Im not one to write reviews or anything but I have definitely seen an improvement in this company and don't have an issue with them.
I'm glad someone decided its time for a change and time to treat people with some respect :)
